The whole experience was fantastic. The staff were kind and the audiologist was very knowledgeable and informative. These hearing aids have changed my life. Thank you.

Knowledge of hearing professionals. Level of testing greater than others tried. Nothing was too much trouble. Shabnam Khan provided detailed explanation and responded immediately to a problem that occurred.

Excellent service plus Excellent product

I paid for my hearing aid in full, I had to return it within the 60 day trial period, due to it not being suitable to wear with my glasses, I asked for an alternative aid, instead of helping me and offering an alternative they just refunded me and lost a customer

It was the gentlemen who saw my mum - very polite and attentive, made her feel very relaxed and not rushed at all.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they treated my 97 year old aunt very well.

The consultant was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite.

From the outset I have received excellent service and support with my new hearing aids. The care and advice received has been outstanding and the staff so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

My husband made an appointment as his hearing had deteriorated. We went to the Merry Hill branch. The reception was spotlessly clean and staff were very welcoming. Our audiologist was Katie, a lovely lady who put us at ease and explained everything in a way we could understand taking care not to overload us with information. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We were completely relaxed and comfortable throughout. The technology used to determine my husband's hearing was simply mind blowing and he walked out with his hearing aids fitted, all in a little over an hour. All in all an excellent service and we would fully recommend Boots Hearing Centre to all. Follow up appointment arranged in 2 weeks. Thank you Merry Hill branch and in particular Katie😊

I chose to use Boots Hearing Care, Merry Hill, when I had concerns about my hearing because of the excellent service given at this store to my Father some years ago. My Father had dementia and he was treated at all times with kindness, patience, understanding and respect.

My own hearing test was thorough and the assessment process was detailed. Information and explanations were clear and detailed and given with patience.
My needs, expectations and concerns were listened to and the regular reviews allowed me to gradually adapt and adjust to the use of the aids.

My thanks to Shabnam for her care and attention and to all of the staff at the branch.

I had a really excellent experience with Aya during my hearing tests and fitting for my hearing aids. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain every part of the testing process clearly and in detail, in a way that was easy to understand.
Nothing felt rushed and all my questions were answered patiently.
The follow-up appointment was just as good - Aya made sure everything was working as it should, checked I was comfortable with the hearing aids, and explained how to look after and maintain them properly. I left feeling confident and well looked after. A genuinely professional and caring service - highly recommended.

Had a full hearing test at Boots Merry Hill. Shabnam was very thorough caring and kind, during my test. I have been before, but she clearly is the best person I have had for this in depth and very thorough inspection of my ears. Would recommend with no hesitation.
