A great experience mainly due to the excellent person who carried out my assessment and fully explained the results and my options. He was able to give me in-depth answers to any questions I had and at no time did I feel pressured or unsure. This is a great service and an enhanced experience assuming you have explored options before attending so the pertinent questions can be asked.

Having a hearing assessment at Boots was a good experience. The audiologist I saw explain my level of hearing loss very clearly and confirmed the issues I was having in hearing clearly. My husband has had Boots hearing aids for approx 15 yrs and we have always been pleased with the level of service.

I had been for a hearing test with another company but did not have confidence in them due to the lack of after sales communication. Had a brief consultation with Kate in Newcastle and arranged a further appointment for a full assessment which went well and purchased my hearing aids, no pressure selling and noticing a difference already and I have had after sales communication and a follow up appointment arranged.

i found the audiologist extremely knowledgeable and very thorough.he was able to answer any questions I had. Discussed every aspect of the process, at the end of 75 min appointment i knew i was going ahead with the hearing aids.

Michael the audiologist was really helpful, he fully explained all options opened me. I was given a good hearing test ,as I am in a wheelchair Michael was able to do the test outside the booth. I already wear NHS hearing aids , but this was a more pleasant experience.

Dan was so professional very helpful and so knowledgeable he put me at ease and give me the help that I needed he is a credit to your company

The audiologist was thorough patient and understanding explaining everything thoroughly.
The hearing aids are comfortable and letting me enjoy my life again without me feeling excluded as I often did before.

I was made to be very comfortable and very precise information was given prior to the hearing test and exactly what would happen and afterwards shown the number of possible hearing aids together with cost. Would highly recommend.

Friendly good information

I had a minor crisis and left my charger for my hearing aids at home when I was away for the weekend. I was pretty sure the Boots staff (in Newcastle) would help and that's what happened. I left them charging and went for lunch. I got them back fully charged and was able to enjoy the Bruce Springsteen concert that night in Manchester. The guy was lovely, just like all Boots staff in my experience. Forgot to get his name, but I hope he reads this. Great work.

I was so reassured by the advice I received from Michael at my local Boots hearing centre. He explained everything very clearly and made me feel ready to embark on trying some 'loan' hearing aids. This has shown me that they can be quite manageable and will make my life better.
