Very thorough experience. I was looked after and everything was explained to me. I was shown how to fit the aids and look after them. Would recommend them

I so wish we could give zero stars. Husband had a 9.30 appointment today. We were there plenty of time and there were 2 walk ins before him. Then we had to put more money on the car parking so was literally a minute and in that time the 9.45 appointment came in. So husband came back and the guy saw all the others before my husband. My husband is very laid back and just goes with the flow but he walked out. In 20+ years I’ve never known him walk out of somewhere because of bad management. The old hearing guy was brilliant but he left. This new guy in our opinion is not a good reflection of the Boots hearing name. Now looking for a new hearing person. If anyone knows anyone round the Thirsk/Northallerton area let me know.

Outstanding! Called yesterday for hearing test suggested by my doctor. Kevin was a consummate professional throughout the procedures. Explaining all the results and very helpful. Followed advice of taking wife into consultation, helping define my deafness issues & experiences. Very many thanks.

I was very nervous and the gentleman tester was very patient and explained everything to me. A week later he fitted me hearing aids and made sure I understood how to use them and look after them

Good customer service everything explained so it was easy to understand.

Disappointed that the hearing aids weren’t quite right in that one of them wouldn’t connect to my phone. No issues with the staff.

Everything was explained well, didn’t feel pressured into buying any particular aid, had options explained.

Mark made everything easy and answered all my questions as I am new to hearing aids. Looking forward to collecting aids next week and to be able to hear more clearly.

The audiologist at my appointment in Northallerton yesterday was so professional, kind and helpful. He clearly explained the changes in my hearing levels and was very patient with my questions. I received absolutely first class customer service.
