I was very nervous and the gentleman tester was very patient and explained everything to me. A week later he fitted me hearing aids and made sure I understood how to use them and look after them

I was made to feel very welcome
I was made to feel very welcome. Mark the audiologist took his time and was very helpful in explaining what tests he was going to do , and then when we had the results,which hearing aids would be most beneficial to me . Overall a good experience thank you
