Yet again Sam was very helpful and sorted out my little problem with a smile

I was concerned that my hearing was deteriorating slightly so decided to go to Boots for an hearing test.
The reason I chose Boots is because it was so simple and convenient to book online.
I had my first appointment with a lovely lady called Sam who talked me through the test and explained that having an aid would benefit me a lot but suggested she referred me to a audiologist who after another assessment agreed with his colleague.
I now have them and im finding them absolutely brilliant. I loved the way Safwan explained the particular areas I am experiencing hearing loss. He set it all up on my phone and nothing was too much trouble. I found both safwan and Sam most helpful and reassuring.

The service was very good.Everything explained to me to make sure that I was perfectly happy on how to use my hearing aids.

I had a hearing problem and feeling a bit dizzy. Visited Boots Hearing Centre in Preston today and they inspected my left ear and said it was badly blocked with wax. I was handed over to Sam and she used an automated suction process combined with some manual removal. I can’t praise Sam enough she was very gentle and did an amazing job. Highly recommended

Hearing aid had gone down. Got a service appointment at Preston. Seen by Sam who identified the problem, fixed it. Then explained about the new filters and fitted them. Friendly and efficient service.

The two members of the Hearingcare team we met at the Preston branch were excellent. They were very friendly and approachable and put us at our ease through the whole process.
We felt they were impressively knowledgeable and skillful.
I felt my ear wax removal was quick and not in the least uncomfortable.
The explanation of my hearing loss and how hearing aids would help was very detailed and impressive.
