Professional staff from first reception 2nd October through to final session 28th October - no hard sell.
Received overview and advice on chosen hearing aids by audiologist - not rushed and able to answer any queries I had.
Highly recommend this Preston town centre Boots.

The two members of the Hearingcare team we met at the Preston branch were excellent. They were very friendly and approachable and put us at our ease through the whole process.
We felt they were impressively knowledgeable and skillful.
I felt my ear wax removal was quick and not in the least uncomfortable.
The explanation of my hearing loss and how hearing aids would help was very detailed and impressive.
