Boots Hearingcare - Solihull (World of Hearing) レビュー 

Despite the fact I am not yet satisfied with my VERY EXPENSIVE hearing aids as I am hearing what I do not really need to hear and feeling no difference when it comes to what matters, hearing people when I am with in noisy environments, the staff at Boots Hearingcare in Solihull are doing everything they can to trying to adjust the hearing aids to improve the situation. I am having weekly appointments. Of course, I realise I am still under the 90 day period with the ability to return them.

Over £1100 paid for hearing aids, now they don't charge and cant be repaired because they are over 2 years old and were my deceased mother's, so not transferable. Am I to just throw them away?

I went for a regular hearing test today and Ben was exceptional. He was very professional, polite and made me feel confident and comfortable during my visit. I would definitely recommend this service for a general hearing test.

Waqar could not have been more helpful in this process which can be quite daunting for an 86 year old person. I would highly recommend for older generation the range of hearing aids available and from my own experience in just one week the difference is remarkable.

The experience was very good, Aya the audiologist who did my hearing tests was lovely, she was kind, caring and encouraging.
All the staff I met were helpful and friendly.

The hearing technician took plenty of time to full explain how the hearing test would take place, ensuring I fully understood this and what I needed to do.
The results were discussed in depth again making sure I understood the results and the hearing areas requiring support from a heating aid. The different levels of hearing aids were fully explained and discussed how each could potentially meet my hearing needs. The costs were transparent and funding choices were fully explained as part of the selection process. The hearing aid fitting process was comprehensive ensing it was meeting my needs and advice was give on how to best use and remove the aids. A follow up appointment was also booked in advance.

Very efficient, friendly service for hearing tests and follow up. Everything was explained well and I felt comfortable in making choices available without pressure.

Nabeela was really knowledgeable helpful in establishing my husband's need for hearing aids and tutoring him on how they worked and how to care for them. He will have a follow up in several weeks and so he has the support he need as they adjust to his hearing needs.

Service has been very good from the audiologist nabeela. We feel quite confident that these hearing aids are going to work.
