Very knowledgeable. Explained clearly the all advantages of the hearing aid I chose.

I was notified by text and letter about appointment. I was seen at the appointed time and as always received excellent help and advise. My hearing aids were updated and the volume increased. I was also helped to link my aids to Bluetooth as I had changed my phone since getting my aids I would recommend this service

I booked a hearing tests at Boots after being told by 3 doctors i just had a blocked Eustachain tube after my flight. I was seen by Sian Wilkins who was lovely and told me the results of the hearing test and she said i needed an urgent referral to ENT and it was only then that the doctors took me seriously. I am now undergoing treatment for sudden sensorineural hearing loss and unfortunately they dont know if it will be successful or not. Sian has rang me today to see how i had got on which i thought was lovely of her and much appreciated. Definately worth booking in if you are concerned and thank you again!

The appointment was, as ever, great. Sian is efficient, effective and knowledgeable. Not only does she give you confidence in the service with these traits, she also is personable and good humoured which means I won't be going anywhere else.

Sian the audiologist made me feel very comfortable and helped me so much with the insertion of the hearing aid. All my questions were answered and I did not feel rushed.0@0

The audiologist was great, she was very patient with my Mum, she made sure my Mum understood everything.
She took time to explain the different kind of hearing aids, and which one she thought would suit her best.
Overall my Mum thought she was excellent.

My wife had a problem with her hearing aids.She rang Boots and got a same day appointment with the Audiologist who quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired them.Very pleased with the service.

What can I say? Can't fault Sian Wilkins!

The cord on my right hearing aid that you pull the aid with to get it out had become very frail through wear and tear after nearly 4 years. I was a bit wary of putting it in my ear as I thought it may break it and wouldn't be able to get it out. Fast forward straight to Boots and yes it has to go back to the manufacturers to be fixed. Sian organised a temporary fix so I'm not struggling! Got to say Sian is very helpful and friendly. I'm happy as well so for me it a win win ! Thank you very much Sian

Had trouble hearing properly for a bit. Kept putting it off. Sian at Boots in St Helens town centre , put me at ease. She soon got me sorted out. Am so grateful. Can here things I've not heard for years. Sian is so good. Thank you.
