I had a significant issue with my hearing aids charger and although away from home, called into St Helens Boots to see whether the audiologist could help. With no notice Sian Wilkins understood the problem and resolved it by replacing the charger. Outstanding customer service, thank you so much !!

Initial hearing assessment with Roger Hampton, I was obviously a bit nervous but he explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease. The same with the full hearing test with Sian Wilkins and the second and third appointment when she showed me how to fit the hearing aids and explained how to use them and look after them. Would recommend Boots Hearingcare at St Helens to anyone that has concerns about their hearing.

Everything fine picking hearing aids up next week

When I attended my appointment, I was met by a man at reception who was very approachable by his demeanour (i suffer anxiety) when this man (Roger Hampton(hearing care assistant)) called me into the testing area he made me very relaxed, after the test Roger explained the complete test results to me and answered all my questions which is so very important to me, as I personally must understand everything before I act on anything impacting my life, I wish I could meet all professional persons such as Roger as he is the complete pro package

I had a very thorough and patient hearing test by your audiologist Sian Wilkins. She explained all aspects of my hearing test results. Allowed me to tryout a hearing aid for a short while. And finally explained the benefits of me using a hearing aid, and the cost of hearing aids available to me.

Sian very helpful enabling me to get the best out of my hearing aids.

Sian was polite and professional; completing my hearing test smoothly and efficiently. She talked over the results, making it clear where my hearing was deteriorating. She offered clear and informed advice on hearing aids available and helped set up my chosen hearing aid quickly.
