My mother had hearing aids for the 1st time fitted by Tim, the overall experience was excellent. We weren't rushed and Tim was very patient and thorough. Would highly recommend.

Very welcoming Audiologist who made me feel at ease without pressurising me t sign up.

Tim was very welcoming, explained each step of the process which made me feel at ease.
The only annoying part of the process was at the initial stage of receiving the confirmation email stating time and place. The email noted to complete a questionnaire which will follow via another email shortly. I spent quite some time trawling through my emails looking for a questionnaire to find out that it doesn’t exist anymore. The usual excuse it’s an old template. Please update your communication.

Brilliant experience with Tim in swansea and helped me through the process, an absolute gentleman aswel, I didn't know my hearing was that bad until he told me, I had a 15 minute session and a 45 minute session aswel my next one is for my hearing aid fitting. He put a set in to try to see what it was like and I was absolutely amazed hearing stuff I have never heard before. Me being Mr expensive had a top of the range ones 🫢👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Although staff are very helpful the product I was sold is continually malfunctioning I'm back to square one but £3.000 out of pocket very disappointed
