My mother had hearing aids for the 1st time fitted by Tim, the overall experience was excellent. We weren't rushed and Tim was very patient and thorough. Would highly recommend.
Although staff are very helpful the product I was sold is continually malfunctioning I'm back to square one but £3.000 out of pocket very disappointed

The audiologist is reassuring and welcoming. First time for hearing aids so it was a big step but the whole experience was excellent.
