The clinician I saw - Karishma - put me at my ease and explained the procedure clearly.
She also explained the results of the test in a way that was easy to understand.

I had my earring test with Karishma who put me at ease immediately, she talked me through all stages of the test, once the test was finished she went through the results and explained what they all meant then explained all my options. Very professional and polite.

Painful hearing test at Boots, Trafford.

I went for a hearing test appointment at Boots, Trafford Centre 24/12/2025 at 2:15 pm, with intention to buy (Invoice # 130804/004) a new pair of hearing aids.

The experience was traumatic, sore and painful, when it was time to make the hearing aids mould.

After removed my hearing aid before going to bed, blood was coming out of my ears, nose, etc.

Christmas day (25/12/25) unable to use my hearing aid, follow the festivity and enjoy the day due to my ears in pain, sore and bleeding.

Still today 06/06/2026 very sore, unable to wear a hearing aid for longer, nobody from Boots answer my emails, query and complaint, only ask for a feedback?-

I rang Boots Hearing Care this morning as my right hearing aid had stopped working, and was given an appointment this afternoon, and was seen by a young lady called Layba. She was absolutely brilliant, so patient and respectful, and sorted out the problem for me. I am a very happy lady, and I can now hear again.I would recommend Boots hearing care.

Amazing service. Booked an appointment the night before, seen by Layba. She was very friendly whilst also quick and informative. Could not have asked for a better experience. Will use again!

Karishma was brilliant today and sorted my problem quickly. Also very helpful making sure everything else about my hearing aids were ok

From my phone call I was seen within three hours. Karishma to my great relief repaired my hearing aid which had broken that morning. I am greatful because I had an important weekend when hearing was essential. Karishma is a credit to Boots Hearing Care.

Went for a check up, ( I’m nearly 70 ) I saw Krishna at the TRAFFORD CENTRE. Have to say , for a trainee, she was very professional , and put me at ease . She explained what she was going to do , . and she was also patient with me. Overall a pleasant Experience , EXCELLENT.

I visited the Trafford Centre Boots for my first hearing test - I was looked after by Layba who was professional, informative and very kind - I felt at ease through the whole appointment.
All in all, I had a great experience that deserves a five star rating
