I was very in pressed that there was no hard sell

The Person who did the test was very good, she new what she was very good very polite and understanding

Saw Jacqueline at Boots lakeside Thurrock - Excellent Audiologist.
Very knowledgeable and extremely patient with my 87 years Sister.
We left with her HearingAids working
better than ever and I did not need to shout once LOL !!. Thank You so much.

Had hearing test and acquired hearing aids. Jacqueline couldn't of been more helpful. A very pleasant person and made us feel at ease from start to finish. From the actual test to other check ups to make sure I had the levels right she was very professional. Highly recommend her.

Very very helpful and knowledgeable audiologist who I absolutely trust implicitly. She is a huge asset to Boots and a very nice, personable lady!

The whole process of booking an appointment and the subsequent experience was smooth, painless and effective. It was easy and fast to book the appointment online. On the day I received a friendly and efficient welcome from the Boots representative the hearingcare speacialist carried out the test in a calm, efficient but patient-sensitive way. All very professional and I would definitely use them again

I didn't think the 'service' provided by this shower of incompetent fools could deteriorate any further. How wrong was I !
After my hearing care appointment in October was cancelled for the THIRD TIME in October they rescheduled for today (9/12) at 9.00am. At 8.10am this morning they phoned me to say it was cancelled for the FOURTH time !!. Absolutely unbelievable. If anyone is thinking of going to Boots Lakeside I have one word - DON'T !!
