Really friendly and informative. Put us both at ease and was very knowledgeable with all of the different hearing aids with the pros and cons and what would be best for my issues.

A very professional appointment. I was seen on time. Audiologist was helpful and answered all my questions.

Appointment cancelled AGAIN (4th Time !!)
I didn't think the 'service' provided by this shower of incompetent fools could deteriorate any further. How wrong was I !
After my hearing care appointment in October was cancelled for the THIRD TIME in October they rescheduled for today (9/12) at 9.00am. At 8.10am this morning they phoned me to say it was cancelled for the FOURTH time !!. Absolutely unbelievable. If anyone is thinking of going to Boots Lakeside I have one word - DON'T !!
