Farseena has been very helpful today to adjust my hearing aids and it is the first time I know how to adjust hearing aids through app . Happy with the appointment with her.

The audiologist was so helpful and patient when I explained that my hearing aids were not working as well as Itjought they should. Fatseema my audiologist at Wheatone Boots Hearing really listened to my concerns and offered me options to consider what might be wrong, from reconfiguring my aids and I know went beyond my expectations to finally offered me temporary replacement aid to use while my were sent away to be serviced. Truly made me feel that Boots Hearing value and care their clients.

Fine the audiologist was very helpful and explained everything as she showed me what things were for.

Everything was explained very clearly and in a sympathetic manner, and my questions were answered to my full understanding.

Farseena took a long time to explain everything's to me and made sure that I could hear clearly and gave me confidence.

I had an obvious problem Friday noon with one of my hearing aids and wanted it to be checked, went to Boots in whetstone without appointment and waited until a small slot is available. I was very lucky she saw me, checked the aid and sorted the problem out of a faulty tube. I was very grateful for Fersana and hope to have her in any future appointment. Thankyou

I had my first hearing test at Boots Whetstone and my audiologist, Farseena, was absolutely amazing. She was kind, welcoming, and very informative throughout the appointment, with a smile on her face the whole time. I felt completely at ease and well looked after. Thank you very much — see you in 5 years!
