Fine the audiologist was very helpful and explained everything as she showed me what things were for.

Everything was explained very clearly and in a sympathetic manner, and my questions were answered to my full understanding.

Farseena took a long time to explain everything's to me and made sure that I could hear clearly and gave me confidence.

I had an obvious problem Friday noon with one of my hearing aids and wanted it to be checked, went to Boots in whetstone without appointment and waited until a small slot is available. I was very lucky she saw me, checked the aid and sorted the problem out of a faulty tube. I was very grateful for Fersana and hope to have her in any future appointment. Thankyou

I had my first hearing test at Boots Whetstone and my audiologist, Farseena, was absolutely amazing. She was kind, welcoming, and very informative throughout the appointment, with a smile on her face the whole time. I felt completely at ease and well looked after. I was pleased with the professionality of the audiologist. The hearing test process was thorough and the results convincing. The hearing aids I purchased are really very good. The process of fitting them went well. However, I discovered after the purchase was completed, that the same model of aids were available from Specsavers for £1000 less than Boots price. Moral of this: check the market before committing to a purchase (which I did not do - more fool me).

I've already completed a review of my initial visits (14/11/24) and my consultation visit on the 20/11/24. to Boots Whetstone London.

My subsequents visit on 28/11/12/24, and my visit on the 12/12/24 also be excellent, the service and attention provided by Ria Patel was once again excellent.

Ria took her time to explain what she was doing.
