I have been using Brandalley for some years and to date, have not had any issues with goods received, returns or refunds.
I have no experience of using their customer services but assume Brandalley to be a middle man only and largely dependant on their suppliers which would account for some of the concerns raised ie delays/wrong items, but poor customer services today from any company is not acceptable.

I ordered two bras from brand alley measured ect chose my sizes upon receiving they were not the sizes I have orderd. I've tried to make a return and have been told that quote:

"Unfortunately, we're unable to accept non-returnable items for return due to issues of fit. Hand-measuring is not a reliable method of establishing a sizing fault and manufacturer's sizing does vary"

This is utterly rediculous as this is the exact way to measure for a bra. Is it not?

Not only that it's taken 4 days for someone to even reply and when I called the help line the guy spoke over the top of me whilst I was explaining the problem. He couldn't sound more dis interested if he tried.

I made 2 orders with the same coat and came a scarf... ridiculous!!! Instead if you don't have it at stoke cancel the orders! You must be ashamed

Shocking company I ordered all saints coat to be told 4 weeks later that it’s out of stock. How is that possible

same complaint - ordered and paid back on 13th September but still waiting for item to be delivered. On their chat the advisor asks if he can help with anything else when they cannot solve this one.

A month wait. Why sell something you don’t even have

They have longer order processing times, almost a month sometimes and their refund process is equally ridiculous, the customer care team doesn’t seem to be there to care for customer but rather there for excuses, they promise to refund you for cancellation in 14 days which is unexpected timelines, and after 14 days you still need to send them reminders for refunds as if they just want you to forget about the refunds. Pathetic experience of buying from them as they also charge delivery and return fees.

Lors de la braderie d hiver j ai acheté plusieurs pièces dont un t-shirt Diesel. L été arrivant j'ai voulu le porter. Quelle fut ma surprise de trouver trois trous dans le t-shirt.... Brandalley terminé.

Your customer service is next to nothing. Not reliable at all. I ordered a necklace. I never realised that it will be delivered after a month..after a month, it was still undelivered and it says on the order status, processing!!! WTH!!! Still processing after more than a month? What a bunch of inefficient staff, hopeless!!! You are doomed, keep it up!!!

I made a return it was received back to the suppliers I have never had to do this before with other returns to Brandalley because no refund has been made I contacted the supplier and they told me I paid Brandalley and they have to make the refund.after waiting the time for refund 5-7 Days I contacted brandalley to ask where is my refund to be told the process was lost in Limbo?They said I would get my refund in a day or 2.
I have still not got my refund of over £100 and is now day 5 after being told on 05/08/2024 I would get my refund in a day or 2.
I have been a customer for years but I will never make any more purchases from BRANDALLEY. Shame on you to do lie to a 80 year old customer.
They lie and make excuses they have my money. Don’t truss these they don’t abide by there terms and Conditions
I am discussed with these.
Now today Brandalley has contacted me to say I will be hearing from the management team and it will be them that will sought out the refund. All along nothing but excuses and passing the buck.
All I want is what they owe me £110.
Never again will I use the platform of Brandalley

This experience is awful, I have ordered a bag which came broken, in a ridiculous condition.
Mostly I have paid for delivery and I also have to pay for return delivery as well even if I have not purchased a defective product.
Better avoid this website.

J'aimerais félicité la marque pour les efforts qu'il ont fait dans le choix des paiements ,tant que pour les marques proposées..j'ai l'habitude d'acheter chez eux et je suis ravie de savoir qu'il ont maintenant un partenariat avec KLARNA, se qui permets d'acheter en gros,à prie fractionner... j'ai aussi déjà acheter chez brandalley uk et je suis enfin satisfaite. La préparation de la commande prends parfois du temps mais pour une fois tout est parfait...bravo à vous pour les efforts et pour les articles proposer..cette année ya moins de jeans femme( j'ai pas vue de ck) mais bon j'ai pu l'avoir ailleurs

Took money for a t-shirt, only to be told over a month later that they don’t even have this item. Why did they even advertise it as being available. Avoid these clowns

Bonjour très déçu du retour service après vente.Des commandes validées ,les délais de livraisons ne sont pas honorés pour ensuite annuler .Donc on m attribue un geste commercial en bon de réduction de 2 bons 20€ geste très agréable.Mais lors d' une commande annulée je ne vois pas réapparaître ce bon sur compte client!!Et pour l autre bon de réduction le cde ne fonctionne pas .On me me dit faire la commande on vous remboursera après 🤔.Sur leur site on ne peut même plus voir historique de mes commandes .J ai bien du regret à ignorer leur site.Codialement

Do not buy from BrandAlley. I have bought Liv Oliver jewellery from the website for £55 - original pricing was apparently around £200. When it arrived, it came in plastic packaging, not its original packaging. Secondly, the quality of earrings were awful - absolutely not worth the BrandAlley discounted or its original price. It is difficult to believe that the branded items on BrandAlley are legitimate. On top of that, customer service is awful - lacking professionalism.

Bought some ‘Gucci’ sunglasses which arrived in exquisite packaging. The actual glasses are very poor quality and I’m convinced they are fake. Paid over £200 for them. All BA want is photos. Wish I had taken more notice but they haven’t been used over the winter. I’ll never buy from them again. Anyone else received poor quality glasses?

Do not buy anything from this website all fake designers goods.
Be warned what you pay for is not what you will receive.

Dreadful customer service.
I received an email advising ‘ Please may I ask you to contact us if you have not received notification of your refund for this return within 7 days from the date of collection?’. I did so today, having not heard anything, only to receive a reply from the same person telling me ‘ Please be aware that returns can take up to 14 days from posting the item, to receiving a return and refund confirmation email, as advised on our site’ and telling me to be patient.

I used BrandAlley for the first time recently and am still waiting for my post shat two weeks. have tried to stop BrandAlley sending me constant frequent advertising emails without success. I will never use them again whatever quality product I receive. Terrible customer service!

Ordered 3 items and paid £7.95 for next day delivery. On the confirmation email it said that one item would be about 3 weeks before the delivery (even though they took my money for delivery the next day). The other 2 items have still not arrived. So much for paying £7.95 for next day delivery
