Stuart at the Orpington branch made the process of changing my Honda Civic, which I have had for the last 17 years, to a Honda Jazz a great experience. There was a good selection of cars to choose from his explanation helped me choose the one I am very happy with.

I bought and paid for a car on Monday. Collection Tuesday scheduled for 3pm. I was kept waiting until 4:15pm and then was not given a full handover .. Ket, manual and other bits missing. No fuel in car. and other bits not correct. And still a day later not corrected. A pretty poor experience from Brayleys.

As my wife is disabled I advised your service department that we must have a courtesy car in case of any emergency. This was related to the service booking employee who then changed the date to ensure a car would be available. On the morning my car was due to be serviced I received a phone call saying a car was not possible and they would collect and return it that day. Around 1230 a Brayleys car was driven on to my drive with no explanation or phone call advising why this car was there. I phoned the garage and was informed that due to no driver being available my car would be returned and that this car was for their driver to return back to the garage. When the service manager phoned to say my car was ready I relayed my dissatisfaction and his reply included that a courtesy car was available but it was all electric. The booking clerk could not add the comment regarding my wife's disability due to confidentiality so he was not aware of why I insisted on a car being available. Eventually he did apologise and stated that he had probably made an error o
f judgement. Thankfully no emergency arose but this begs the question of why the reason a courtesy car must be provided was not relayed to the service department and why a spare car was parked in my drive for several hours that I had no access to

We bought our new car from Honda this March. Aamar was exceptional, he had great knowledge about the car, with lived experience as he was driving the same model. There was no heavy sales and he didn’t rush us when we picked up the car. Thank you so much, we’re delighted with our new purchase.

Took my car in for a service. As usual very professional service provided by Jason Green and his team. Always advising me and keeping me in the loop about my car.

Clive was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the new vehicle I was purchasing.. He made a phone call to get further clarification about my request for a dog guard, I was impressed by both his knowledge and courtesy as well as the great deal I was given.

The staff have really looked and are supportive.My disability can be challenging for some people to understand.It’s a better driver than the Puma.I have good space in the car again Mum and are not as squashed in.
No hand-brake and the video camera assist for parking is a .MASSIVE HELP .
No one wants to be Disabled…….
These small things make a difference.

This is my 7th CR-V so they must be doing something right! I always say 'this is the best car I have ever owned' and so is this. Aamar and team at Brayley's Hemel Hempstead were very helpful which made the entire experience a pleasure.
