Very efficient and thorough in the mot and servicing of our car.

Have used Brayleys for my car service since it's purchased. Always receive an e-mail reminder that service is due. This year dropping off the car was a simple and quick process.
Collection was just as simple, informed that there where no issues either on the service or the MOT.

Point of sale was smooth. Only disappointed by the fact that Honda multi point check is done when they get the car as a trade in. Its not done prior to sale/collection. In our case the check was done in November and we purchased in February.
WHY is this not rechecked before handover ???
I was not shown how any of the dials and instruments work(when collecting car), I am now having to read through a lenghy manual. Felt rushed as other people in showroom.
I love my new car, just wish I was shown what button does what !

Manoj was really helpful and broke down all of the items associated with my service and planning current and future maintenance requirements.

I dealt with Domonic @ Brayley’s who is in the right job. Very personable, helpful & explained all aspects of the purchasing journey. I took Domonic’s assessment & description of the car at his word and it was as describe and very well presented upon collection. Excellent service and an excellent approved used Honda.

Delivered & returned on time, all items explained & completed as quoted. Great staff as usual. But wish they could sort out satnav. Would pay anything if Brayleys would do it - it's beyond me! (86) But very important as we have to find obscure places.

Extremely helpful staff. Friendly environment and never pushy. Car was booked in for a service, went smoothly and was kept up to date throughout the process. Staff even went out the way to recommend smart repairs on the car.
