Was made to feel welcomed and had a very pleasant talk with Jason. He made the whole experience effortlessly and answered all questions with ease and so knowledgeable. Even when it comes to pick up day we was early by a little bit and the bike was still already and prepared to go. We had a coffee and a quick chat while the paperwork was all being finished, we would happily go back in the future.

No welcome smile, advised that cars are no longer cleaned after servicing; this is disappointing.

Was expecting a call to discuss what was needed (if anything) but only received a short video with some mumbled recommendations.

Hire car was fine but still adds to the cost.

Seems it’s going to become a Hyundai and a Honda garage as the show room is being split.

Having bought many Honda cars from the site one didn’t feel like a valued customer.

Your Staff member Jamie was a star no question was to big or small alway happy to help went above and beyond to accommodate me to the best of his ability have been a customer for many years now thank you alot me and the kids are very happy with the new car

I have been a customer for 10 years with my current car and I appreciate the continuity of the staff over a long time, I am always glad to see the same trustworthy faces when coming into the shop. They are always helpful and polite.

Been dealing with Andy Lobo for over 10 years always gives exelent service. Only downside is trying to get through to the Romford office almost impossible, when phone answered by another brance get interrigated as to why I want to speak to Andy most annoying.

However, this being said I was very disappointed that the car was not washed when I picked it up.

Prompt service with a very friendly member of staff, who explained every aspect of the work required.

My AC was fixed under warranty after initially being told it would be £1300

I picked my car few days ago.
So far I am pleased with the performance of the car. The entire process was fantastic. My salesperson, Demitri was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. The only minor critique is that the middle of the passenger seat at the back is smaller than expected, but overall, I love the car

Service took a little longer than I was advised.
Disappointed that you no longer wash cars at the service .
I am told you plant a tree instead ! Where can I go and view this tree please.

Car service was done swiftly and efficiently. I cycled on the hottest day of the year and the young receptionist got me a cold water as it was very warm. Little touches…..

We bought a Honda HRV from Brayleys Romford on 2nd May which was a lovely car to look at and to drive . Had a few issues with the car at the start & Brayleys sorted out & provided a courtesy car whilst car was being repaired.
All thru our first contact with Brayleys from perusing cars to eventually buying one our sales advisor Reece Cooper was a credit to Brayleys . Helpful , informative & always on hand or the end of a phone to give us advice....really appreciated his help.

Purchased an approved used Honda Jazz May2026. The experience was excellent in every way. Saima was just a really lovely person to deal with. No hard sell. Jose the Manager went out of his way to find the perfect car for me. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking to purchase a Honda Car.
