I recently purchased my Honda Civic e:HEV from Brayley Honda Romford and the whole experience was handled very well from start to finish.

Jamie, the salesman I dealt with, stood out in particular. Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently, with no chasing required on my side. He kept things moving, communicated clearly, and made what can sometimes be a drawn-out process feel straightforward and well organised.

Overall, a smooth, professional experience and a dealership I’d have no hesitation in recommending.

The sales rep Saima was absolute inexperienced and would run to the managers office Bob to ask anything and everything. Didn't have a clue or the knowledge.
Me and the wife was not offered coffee, tea or even a glass of water after driving for 3 hours to view the car. Constant pressure to take up a finance when I was paying £18000 cash. Again pressure to buy products such as paint repair, extended warranty etc..
She wouldn't call up and confirm with anything over the phone or email. apparently she and the manager Bob were under the impression that they were doing me a favour by selling the car to me.
I had to call and enquire about the MOT, delivery etc. Paid the money in full and then on the day of the delivery I was not told that someone would drive the car across rather than put it on a carrier for a fee which I had to pay against my Bmw. At this instance I was pissed and cancelled the deal.
Spoke to Bob and he agreed for a full refund. but before this Road tax was taken for the car so I am £200 down and no receipt provided and I don't have a clue how to get this money back as it was taken from my card from Dvla. what a mess.
My problems don't end here, Now they would not give me the £18000 back. constant phone calls and emails and everyone in the department started to avoid me or started getting amnesia. And the manager all of a sudden forgot about me and the staff didn't have a clue where my money was. In all this the sales rep Saima as usual disappeared into thin air.
Apparently there is know head office according to the receptionist and no accounts department. So basically know one knows where the money is even after I doing a Bank transfer.
Only after getting in touch with Honda Uk customer service and they intervening was my money refunded. on in on what a stress and shit experience. Please think twice I would say. I wouldn't shop here again. Thanks to Head office Honda Europe who made it happen and get my money back. or else my money was a goner.

I purchased a 2018 approved used Honda Civic Prestige and the customer service really was exceptional. Saima was extremely friendly, professional and helpful.

The showroom and rest of the dealership is very clean and well kept and the staff and manager are very friendly.

It's still early days of owning the car, but I am really pleased with it. It has almost every optional extra (sunroof, heated seats, adaptive cruise, parking cam, lane assist etc). I feel it was very good value for money especially with the year warranty and breakdown cover.

10/10 to the Saima and the dealership, I'd definitely recommend!

Demetrios in Honda Romford was fantastic, from the first time he called me back as I was looking to purchase a car for my wife. He was helpful, relaxed, I didn't feel pushed or hassled and he made the buying process very positive, simple and stress free. My car was prepped and delivered on the agreed date.

I was made to feel at home whilst waiting for my car to be serviced, I could help myself to any hot drink and the staff are very friendly.

Our first service on this car, we have had many cars from this garage, we have seen a decline, the person signing us in, was very abrupt and didn’t give us the fall information of the system they use now, we was expecting a call when the car was ready, but by luck I was looking at some emails when I cam across one from Braleys showing a vid of my car and asking if I wanted a couple of things, and my car was ready to collect. I called as the email then was an hour old, one item I would have like doing but couldn’t because the car was then out of the service bay. My point is what is wrong calling me at that point not texting not email I’m not sitting in-front of my computer all day. When we did get back to pick up car the person that did sign us in was a bit more friendly

Never get a reply from any email, without having to chase them.
To many passwords and barriers just to answer anything.
Rode home with the wrong number plate on the vehicle.
Still waiting for a price of foot pegs which I was told they would send me a good price. 4 days later. still not heard from them.

Excellent work and contact.
Just a bit saddened that the nice touches like cleaning the vehicle have been stopped. The little things make all the difference between good and great.

Peter Wright - service advisor was very attentive & ensured I understood the service process. I had booked the bike in for a recall but he was good enough to have the bike serviced for me as well! This will always be my preferred dealer!

From the point of first contact to the completion of our purchase, the rep at Brayleys Honda Romford, Saima , was brilliant. She gave us the time and space to fully consider the purchase of our Honda Jazz,provided all the necessary information for us to make a fully informed choice, and made us feel as much at ease as possible at every stage of what at times can feel a stressful process. We also dealt with the sales manager and the service manager who were also supportive and helpful during the course of our purchase. Well done Brayleys!
