Excellent service. Booking in service was easy. On srrival at Bushey Heath nice to be greeted by name and with a smile.
Vehicle was taken taken through and I was advised of collection time to suit
Paperwork ready when I came to collect my car.
Sad that the valet service Id got used to in the past is no longer available
The live video of the service carried kout on the day is very reassuring

The assistant was calm and collective and happily answered all the questions I asked. She explained the invoice well and I was satisfied at the end.

All the CS interface side of the job was excellent and appreciated the use of mob tech to select job options, etc, but there was a problem. The two rear tyres were replaced with two new tyres with different pressures (about 7 PSA) so setting off the tyre fault icon on return home. It's a bit basic on modern Hondas: ensure correct pressures and reinitialise the deflation warning system. Which makes you wonder what else was missing from the service procedure! Might as well just take the car to some backstreet garage if the dealer is not on top of servicing their own cars. Otherwise, a very good overall job.

It was a great experience. I was met by a very nice polite young lady who booked my car in and made notes of my concerns. I was contacted re the servicing by a polite person and offered suggestions to make the engine work better and I was contacted when it was ready.

The after sale Service has lost its appeal no washing the car and giving it back nice and clean on top of that a collection fee went up from £30 to £50 doesn’t justify that since they are using your car to drive it. Nothing to be proud of better to up grade to another dealership who can take care of the customer and give a service one can talk about it’s so impersonal doesn’t feel like it’s HONDA!

I’m hard of hearing, yet they insisted on calling me for one reason or another. The service charge was as expected with the exclusion of the air con service. The car was 3 years old when I bought it. It should have had the air con service before being sold to me. I paid an extra, unexpected £160 for that. Ouch! Also, very disappointed that Honda do not wash and clean the car.

As a long-time Honda owner I have been coming to Brayleys for many years for servicing. Their service dept is nothing short of excellent, the staff are very polite and welcoming, they discuss any repairs or replacements with you and all work done is of a very high standard as befits a Honda centre. They also take car safety seriously so no complaints whatsoever, and they even have a tea/ coffee machine for their customers which I never forget to use! In fact I'm so happy with my experiences over the years I even persuaded my sister to buy Honda from Brayleys as their reliability is legendary. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing they are not interested in the Customer and their needs. It took all day to diagnose something they already knew. Over three weeks ago and then the Work cannot be carried until approved under waranty and part ordered. The service has deteriorated drastically. No transport, pick up service any more. Your car isn’t cleaned. the reason we bought our second HONDA was because of the high level of service we originally received previously.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my car, thanks to Hanat. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and made the whole car-buying experience smooth and stress-free.

Summer Healthcheck booking process by telephone was very straight-forward and helpful reminders and pre-arrival booking-in online. On arrival at Brayley Honda Ruislip on the day of the service, I was warmly greeted by Amy Smitheman who carried out the administration most effectively and expediently, and I was soon on my way. An e-mail, with a link to view the visual healthcheck, was excellent; and a courtesy telephone call later in the day to say that the car was ready for collection was perfect. Cannot fault this level of service.

Your priorities seems to have changed from giving good service to one of maximising your opportunity make money from your customers, whilst reducing the service.

Given my experience I probably won’t buy another Honda.

I unfortunately had a hypo while waiting for my MOT to be completed, the young lady on the reception noticed that I was in trouble, and she ran all the way to Lidl,then ran all the way back with a pack of Mars bars.
She probably saved my life.
