Service and recall work completed very quickly with minimum bother.

Customer service was brilliant, they explained the work carried out on my car. Very helpful with my queries, and my car had been washed and valeted..that's why I have given 5 stars.

Communication was excellent and service was carried out promptly.

The reason I’ve given 4 stars unfortunately getting through to the service department by phone isn’t easy was on hold for 20 mins then I left a message using 0 for ring back after two days no one contacted me finally got through. Collection and delivery very good.

Very friendly branch in South Ruislip.
They greet by your name when you walk in and there is very little waiting time, if at all to be seen by someone.
Hot drinks machine with good coffee available for free and toilets.
I know of a number of people that have used this branch for many years.

Nice friendly people. Work completed as expected in good time and car was nicely cleaned for return to me.
