We came here after having a awful experience at (big motoring world) Gino was polite and very professional from our first phone call with him to handing the car over to us. We're very happy with the service we received by him and when it's time to change our 2nd car out we have decided to come here again. Should of come here first! Visited garage for an annoying rattle with identified location (under warranty), 2nd visit for same issue, nothing done effectively first time.
Arrived at garage and asked if rattle was obvious this morning and I mentioned it is less obvious when weather warm. The Nissan response was “why don’t you bring it back when it’s colder”. This was not particularly helpful after a 50 minute drive to get to the garage for 8.00 am.
I was told to wait and 10 minutes later told they didn’t know where my courtesy car was, but they knew it had a puncture, so would I wait to see if they could sort something out. Having a busy schedule I did not have the time to wait for something that may not materialise and had to leave in my car.
Nissan appears to happily accept sub standard service levels from some of its dealers.
Maybe answer is to “go Chinese”.
