I was greeted by Mr. Lawrence with a cheerful smile. Premises was clean and tea/coffee offered while you wait. I was provided a space to carry on with my work while car was being serviced. Service report was explained and appreciated the advise based on the report.

Very pleasant experience getting my radio code sirted. Coffee and a warm, clean environment while I waited. Free health chech on my car was helpful and informative. Laurance on Customer Services was very helpful, kind and considerate. Couldn't have been looked after better. The lady who took my booking over the phone was also most helpful and informative. Well done everyone. Thank you.

Job done fairly quickly

The member of staff (Lawrence) was friendly, professional and helpful and discussed everything with me following the work that had been done.

A big shout out to Jat at Wolverhampton branch, from the start of our experience in the show room, he guided us through to finally showing us all the details of the car we purchased. The whole process was only three days, Sunday afternoon we walked into the showroom, Tuesday afternoon we drove out in a brand new car, and I’m sure it was not that easy behind the scenes,

Experience was Ok, with our other cars and makes when having a service our car was cleaned but is no offered by Nissan. Also we were able to arrange pick up and drop off, which unfortunately Nissan does not offer :(

Phoned to ask about a car, sales rep said he would send me photos, I waited but nothing, I phoned again same rep said he would send me photos, I waited but nothing?
Do these people actually want to sell cars or just piss there customers about?

Booked on line,1st. Available slot was 13.00 hrs ticked wait at dealership.However got a phone call to say can we bring forward to 11.15 ,so got up early bought to dealership to be told I will have to wait a long time even though I had ticked waiting I didn't expect to wait nearly 3hrs

I accompanied my granddaughter, she's quite discerning when looking for a car.
Fortunately, Luca was on hand to help us. Brayleys had the very model, in the preferred colour etc.
Throughout the whole experience we were treated courteously and we were happy to proceed. Thank you Luca.

Bought a car from nissan Wolverhampton there is so many issues.I felt like I got done over .never again

This is the first time I have bought a car online without physically going to see it first, but may I say that Rehana from Brayley’s Wolverhampton made it a piece of cake whatever information I requested she was very happy to help.

I thoroughly recommend them as a company.

The staff were efficient, they explained what would happen, they advised roughly what time pick up would be, I received a call to collect my vehicle, I was quoted for tyres as requested..My only slight disappointment was my car wasn't cleaned, it wasn't too dirty anyway but it was a nice touch that nissan offered after a service and Mot.But now no longer do.

Car booked in for a service. Easy to do online. When we arrived we were told that the car would be ready for 5.30 but we needed it by 2.30, they said they would sort it out. Got a call at 1.00 to say car all done.
Good quick service by Lawrence and the team.

Put deposit down to secure it and when I went up to test drive and collect I had to wait over an hour to see someone. On the test drive the car started smoking and we headed straight back slowly. We looked under the bonnet and there was no coolant in the tank and it smelt of oil. Took me 2 weeks to get my £250 deposit back.

I recently had my annual service carried out and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The team were excellent from start to finish, and the quote I received beforehand was clearly explained and honoured on the day of the appointment, which I really appreciated.

A special thank you to Laurence B, who looked after my car. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to go through everything in detail with me. He made sure I understood exactly what had been done and answered all of my questions thoroughly. It’s reassuring to deal with someone so attentive and customer-focused.

Overall, a smooth and positive experience — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
