Great job done by Carri Ann, Holly and Marnie at our house in Portsmouth today. The place is sparkling. We would most definitely recommend. A+

I had to get a deep clean done due to double Lung Transplant, well what can I say I'm still in hospital but sister was liaising with the company and Lindy Thompson ( bless ya Lindy) pictures were superb and my sister was stunned, now it takes a lot to stunning my sister when it comes to cleaning but stunned she was ,superb job was done (thanks Ladies )cannot recommend enough , due to my operation clean as a whistle it had to be due to immune suppressed drugs i have to take . Well clean as a whistle it is , put that down on your job description Lindy ,Post Transplant deep clean . Thanks again to the team and have a great Christmas and New Year.

Well.... what can I say. The team came to me for a really deep clean. By golly I got that.
I was ashamed cause I let the house become a mess.
From the moment all the girls entered, I was greeted with warmth and smiles and they were ready to go, no messing about.
They immediately put me at ease.
My house is a home again🤗
They did a first class job and executed their cleaning just as discussed with Michelle.
Considering how much needed to be done, they were incredibly reasonable.
I thank you girls for a first class job, for being trustworthy, hard working and a joy.
House is gleaming.

We couldn't be happier with Voni and her team at BicesterAylesbury division. Every clean for the past year has been exemplary. The standard Voni sets ensures a sparkling, great smelling finish. simply the best!

I used bright and beautiful to bless my daughter as she has been staying with me to help me with my very poorly husband. We had an appointment with Shannon going around the house for things I wanted the company to do. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED, so many things were not done. It has been such a stressful time and wanted my daughter to go home to a clean house, if it was only 1 or 2 things wrong I would have left it. But windows, fridge, some cobwebs. Back of the Tele, I could go on. I'm not one to complain but this was really important to me. They did try and send another team to sort it, but my daughter didn't have the capacity to have people in, they offered my 50 pounds as a sorry, but I paid over 300 pounds, please be careful before using this company

Good service but not cost effective

Charged £38 an hour based on labour time for one cleaner from the invoiced charge. That's pretty pricey for an hourly rate per cleaner. For context that's equivalent to each cleaner having a £74.5k job assuming no overheads like travel and I'm sure the cleaners are being paid a small fraction of that, which did make me and my wife a bit uncomfortable.

They mostly did a good job all round, did miss some obvious uncleaned areas. One time the shower area wasn't touched, which was odd as a cleaner did spend time in the bathroom. It was done the next time so a bit inconsistent there. There was no effort to clean any marks on walls and so on which was counter to the promised work being "ceiling to floor". That said, great job on surfaces in general such as floors, bathroom surfaces, kitchen counter.

There was also an oddity in which we were told that the clean would be "for as long as it takes" but then my wife was told by another member of staff that were only going to perform 4 hours of labour split over 3 people for 1 hour 20 minutes. That worked out to £152 for each visit, hence £38 an hour. In practice this is what was delivered too as we have CCTV and could check entry/exit times.

We also started with a deep clean and they did a great job, would recommend the one-off cleans they do but just remember we paid like over £600 so it really comes down to paying a lot of money to save time.

Ultimately they cancelled the service citing that in effect our house was too unclean for the level of money being charged. (We have two young children so place was a mess with a few wet nappies left out) This was following the 2nd out of 4 cleans performed where I felt for the first time they had genuinely been cost effective and had got my money's worth. A great clean and then cancelled on us. So not too impressed at that but not horrendously disappointed either. Bit of a "meh" experience overall where just felt a bit overcharged.

Had our first deep clean with this lovely company. Josh, Pam and team leader Laurie were all very friendly and professional. We have a lot of brass in one of our bathrooms and Pam did an amazing job of getting it to be sparkling, like new. Both Pam and Josh were both great. Thank you

I was very pleased with the work and I highly recommend. Very professional and detailed oriented staff . Polite and focused on completing the work.

We have used B&B for several years in Malvern. Cleaning has been generally good. Then last week our keys were posted back through our front door with no covering note. 2 days later came an email telling us that the local franchise had closed for unspecified reasons. The email made it very clear that the franchisor would not refund the £250 positive balance on our account. We will never again use such a franchise that selects andf promotes its outlets and then walks away from customers who are out of pocket as a result of its decisions. Shameful!

The Bright and Beautiful Team in Shrewsbury have been coming to us weekly for around 4 years. Every single member of the team we have met has been so professional and friendly. The team do an outstanding job with cleans of an exceptionally high standard. The team were also absolutely brilliant with our elderly dog, they went the extra mile to contact me and sit and wait with her when she became very unwell during their visit, so that I could dash home from work.
Manager Rebecca is also very approachable and responsive to any queries we have. We couldn't recommend Bright and Beautiful Shrewsbury more highly.

I've been asked by the Newcastle upon Tyne franchise to provide a review of my experience of Bright & Beautiful over my first year, and I am happy to do so. Natacha is a hard-working leader of her team (which normally includes Rosie and Sydney) and I am delighted with the result they achieve. They know their routines (which might have a different emphasis each time they come). They accept any change and get on with it. I admire and appreciate their zest for cleanliness and their good humour so much.

Friendly, efficient teams.Totally trustworthy. The ladies are prompt and flexible, using effective products. Shout out to Carla and Pippa who came today and whizzed round leaving everything looking great. Would recommend 100%

Booking the service was quick and easy, had a prompt response. They were very accommodating changes to dates. The cleaning staff and Gee were amazing and definitely did a five star clean. Will definitely be booking them in the future.

I used bright and beautiful homes for the first time my cousin recomended them to me and am i glad she did
they turned uu on time explained what they were going to do and just got on with it.

Ruth heads up the team that clean my home - a great reliable company based in Henley-in Arden - the ladies always turn up and do a great job. They work really hard and I love coming home to a clean and sparkling home - thank you Bright and Beautiful!

Paid £475 for what was described as a deep clean of a three-bedroom terraced house in Ipswich. Three cleaners attended for about two hours, but several tasks that had been promised were not done, and some areas were still noticeably dusty afterwards. The cleaners themselves were pleasant, but the visit did not match the “deep clean” description. We had originally only wanted regular cleaning, but were told it is company policy to have a deep clean first. My mum gave feedback by phone soon after, but there was no follow-up. Afterwards I booked local cleaners charging £36 for two hours, more than ten times less, which really put the £475 price in perspective. I have photos showing some of the areas that were missed.

After the company requested my details via Trustpilot, I submitted all the information several weeks ago. Unfortunately, I haven’t heard anything since then. I’m still happy to discuss this further, but there’s been no follow-up so far.

Update: After posting a Google review, the local owner contacted us directly and arranged a full refund, which we appreciated.

The Holmfirth team are simply amazing. Careful, professional and considerate. The little finishing touches make's my home feel special. Lovely people, very courteous and no matter the task it is never a chore. Happy smiles all round. Thank you!
