Had a deep clean from Bright and Beautiful Telford. Lisa and the team did such a thorough job and left the place feeling fresh and clean. They were careful and professional through out.

We’ve been with B&B Braintree for many years and it’s always been a great experience. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, and the standards are always kept high. On the odd occasion when something has come up, it’s been sorted quickly and thoroughly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Hi, the bright & beautiful team in Wakefield did a deep clean at my house this week. The quality of work was exceptional and the girls went above and beyond to make sure they cleaned my home to a high standard. Nancy was wonderful to deal with and she heard me out as a client & made sure all my requests were met. I want to thank the team and I will be sure to use them again in the future.

I used Bright and Beautiful Manchester and had an initital bad experience from the Ops manager and previous owner, HOWEVER, I want to thank Dawn who has taken over the company and already done an incredible job, taking accountability for a mess she didn't cause. She efficiently brought her team in to rectify the bits that weren't completed previously and gone above and beyond! We are customers that have gone from "wouldn't use again" to signing up for monthly cleans. Very happy!

The team were efficient, communicative and thorough. They were detailed about the areas the couldn't do and what they could. Both pre-care and after care experience has been good. Thanks Dawn and team!

Have used them for many years now. Have always been very professional and reliable. Franchise in SE London changed owners not long ago, but they are as good as the previous people - same good service. Oh the joy on my bed made up with ironed sheets to a hotel standard... on Weds evenings, anyway!

Not happy at all with this company loads of photos taken as proof that tons of stuff hadn't been cleaned basically got fobbed off half a job done sadly no attention to detail they missed so much stuff ceiling lights left filthy dirty radiators from previous tenant. 1 star I could have done a better job myself

Harriet and her team have been amazing from the very start. Nothing was too much trouble out my mind at ease straightaway as I do not live lovely to look after my father’s house. The house is spotless and could not wish for anything better.

I have worked for this company briefly. I lasted 6 days.

I couldn't continue working for them due to family health reasons, (I was told to have it sorted within a maximum of 48hrs - my dad was severely ill in hospital!) then told if I didn't go back after a week, I would lose my job. I went back against my doctor's advice and due to my own personal health reasons, had to leave. Since then my Wages, P45 & payslips have been with held from me.
I've emailed the 'franchise' manager but no avail.

I will now be pursing this through the small claims court with intention of seeking compensation also.

I booked a one-off clean with Bright & Beautiful Nottingham in March 2025, paying £216 in advance.

The clean was not completed or carried out as agreed. Despite the branch director, inspecting my home beforehand and emailing a quote confirming the tasks discussed, several were left unfinished. The products used did not match the company’s stated eco-friendly and pet-safe claims (important as I have a dog). Their vacuum was ineffective and the team relied on mine, and they did not wear shoe coverings despite this being described by the director as part of hygiene protocols.

The team were aware the service was time-sensitive as it was required the day before Eid celebrations. A re-clean offered the following day was not a viable option.

During correspondence, I also received another customer’s personal information in error, raising concerns about data handling.

When I requested a refund, the business initially refused and later offered £30. After many months of communication with both the branch director, and head office, no resolution was reached. I therefore pursued the matter through the Small Claims Court. At that stage, Bright & Beautiful head office settled the claim and refunded me.

The process took six months to conclude. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service as it was not performed with reasonable care and skill. The director was also unprofessional and unreasonable throughout the process.

The team that looks after me are usually Jo Suzanne and Becky.
They are very efficient and friendly and do the jobs I can no longer do, on a regular basis.
I am very happy with the service I receive and can recommend Bright and Beautiful Towcester to anyone that needs a reliable cleaningservice.
They also do ironing and laundry services I understand, although I have not used that so far.

I have used Bright and Beautiful for a couple of years and the service is excellent. Lovely team of staff that do a great job.

I used them for two months on a biweekly rotating basis. They would clean the bathroom and kitchen in every visit and then rotate other rooms. It was nice to have regular cleans, but it was costly and they also never did a clean I was 100% satisfied with but after a couple complaints it was good enough for a few cleans. I would say if you don't clean your house at all, then they are good. If you're like me and clean your house to a high standard (in most places) because you were a cleaner once, they will miss the mark. Simple things like leaving residue and streaks on surfaces, being incapable of properly polishing stainless steel, overspraying onto windows or my pots and pans and not wiping up, not cleaning around the base of my toilet lid (it currently looks worse than it did when they started coming) even though I've showed them the easy buttons to press and remove the seat (I used to do it with one hand; it's not strenuous). Scratches and scuffs on walls was another issue because they'd lean the vacuum piece against the wall for it to slide down. There would also often be different cleaners coming in so you'd have to retell them things. Whenever raised, management was gracious and when an item was destroyed, they refunded the equivalent cost, but overall quality never really improved considering the cost I was paying, so I cancelled and will try and independent cleaner instead. I was always home during cleans and they'd ask me to check things, which I'd only do quickly because I'm working during the day, so I'd miss things, but they offer cleanings where they hold the keys and I wouldn't be able to check anyway, so it seems strange that I'd be asked to check so often. That's what supervisors are for. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend them. The products they use aren't good and there isn't a standard upheld.

We've found Jayne and the teams she manages really friendly and professional. Jayne talked through the frequency and level of service that we wanted and after an initial deep clean have been attending every two weeks. We really look forward to spending time in our house after they've been as it's like walking into a hotel. Clean, tidy, and some nice little touches that make being at home a joy.
