Wrote a negative review about theft from cleaning team that happened from our home 5th February which was a piece of jewellery over £2,000.
Situation was not resolved after police getting involved even after interviewing staff. We were told unless actual evidence of someone taking the item they could do no more.we have cctv footage of only the cleaning team entering the house other that ourselves during the time the item went missing!! Plus big discrepancies about the stolen item. It was hanging in the same place where it always is on a jewellery stand but the staff member interviewed said it was in the table and she moved it to clean!!
We were told from the Redhill firm that as far as they were concerned the case was dropped! Even though there website clearly states they are fully insured to keep your home safe!! Feel let down by this company especially as we chose them for there strict security protocols and fully insured status and feel violated
that our home was not protected by there staff and they are refusing any liability.
After my first negative review which was posted 25th March 2005. Bright and beautiful cleaning replied back on the 26th asking for my details to contact me saying they would like to contact me Regarding the issue. Reply as states to follow….
“Strict security is very important to us and we stand by our assurances as such we would like to investigate this for you. We've requested your contact information via Trustpilot.”
I gave all my details to trust pilot and have still not had any contact from Bright and Beautiful homes! I won’t be giving another chance for them to contact me to resolve this before I have to take legal action against them

Bright and Beautiful lived up to their name. A bright happy team came and worked together happily to give my home a deep clean. They left leaving my home bright and sparkling. Definitely booking again and would readily recommend.

Fantastic and professional job of my house . Very reliable and on time . The best deep clean my house needed after big party for my family .. ill be using them again and again xxxhappy customer .

When I had an operation at short notice I needed a spotlessly clean house to return to. Silvio was really helpful in arranging for Melissa and Louise to come at very short notice and do a major deep clean. The whole place is now spotless, and I have asked them to come back once a week for the time being. If they have begun as they intend to go on, I hope this will be a long lasting relationship!

From start to finish Mike and the team were great to work with. Fast on the estimate (was a very big job) and on the day itself the team were super friendly, helpful and really hard working. 100% will use them again and again.

Having read previous reviews on Trustpilot, we contacted Samantha and asked if she would be able to carry out a deep clean on our mother’s flat, with not very much notice. She came and quoted and did the clean 2 days later. The flat is absolutely spotless!! They all worked so hard and did an amazing job. We would definitely recommend.

We have used the team from Bright & Beautiful for about a year now.we are delighted with the service. They are always polite and professional. The team today - Catherine, Sue and Sarah are all excellent. With having a wife with mobility issues - they are a true help. I would recommend Bright & Beautiful to anybody who’s looking for a professional domestic cleaning company.

We enjoy a reliable supply of friendly and efficient cleaning ladies for a monthly clean of a 5 🛌 3🚿 1 🛀. Julie’s assessment and Dee’s organisation were considerate of the household and of their staff. Small queries are dealt with easily by phone or email. Good value for money and payment is straightforward.

Jayne from Bright and Beautiful Portsmouth who came and gave me a quote for a one off clean whilst I am recovering from surgery was friendly,professional and very helpful.Her team of cleaners Carrie Ann,Sara and Veronika were all lovely,friendly and hard working.They did an excellent job.I would thoroughly recommend them and will definitely use them again when I have further surgery.

Engaged Bright and Beautiful Lichfield to carry out a 1 off clean on a property in Lichfield.
The only area that needed any kind of attention was the shower cubicle in the en- suite. To be fair this was cleaned to a acceptable standard.
However, the kitchen wasn't. 1 cupboard missed completely and all tops of cupboards missed despite being agreed these would be done. Dust left on top of door arcitraves/plug and light switches. Cobweb left on LED light fitting.
Very disappointed. Won't use again

We've had 'Bright & Beautiful' cleaning our offices in Cheshire for a couple of weeks now and they have been excellent. Nicola, Teresa, & Morgan (and a few more from their team) have worked very hard. They've been friendly and professional, and have done a thorough job of cleaning our work place. I would highly recommend.
