Bright & Beautiful レビュー 

So after leaving a review on here I was contacted and asked for my contact detail. I provided these and was informed that my concerns would be investigated. Skip forward a week or so and I get an email thanking me for my patience and for letting the cleaners return to fix the problems. None of which is true. In the meantime we received an email threatening us with court action. I only wish I was able to share the photos on here. Nobody would pay for cleaning of that standard.

We also mentioned on two occasions that the cleaners left before the hour was up. Apparently this can not be possible as the cleaners have signed time sheets. On the first occasion we left the house when the cleaners arrived. (We both work in education and it was non term time). We arrived back 45 minutes later to find one cleaner already sitting in the car!

Last year I contacted Bright and Beautiful for a quote. I got a reply with two dates suggested for an initial visit. When I replied I heard nothing else back from the Worsley branch. Skip forward to early 2025 and I received an email offering a free quote for cleaning. I thought I would give them a second chance and got in touch to request this. Once again I was contacted by the Worsley branch offering three possible days in the next week to have an initial visit. When I replied with my availability I again failed to receive a reply.

I won't be contacting this organisation again. If they can't be professional enough to reply to a potential customer then I certainly won't be trusting them to provide a professional service and be in my home. My time was wasted on two occasions and luckily I have found a more reputable local organisation who provided a quote promptly and who obviously take customer service seriously.

Excellent customer service and job done so well and quick. Can I highly recommend.

The team that came out were incredibly friendly and kind. I got a one off deep clean and the results were amazing. It felt like a new home after.
They were also very comfortable with my cat occasionally watching them and being curious.
I thoroughly recommend them for your cleaning needs!

Unfortunately we will not be continuing our monthly cleaning with Bright and Beautiful due to huge price increases and standards slipping considerably over the last year. In the past we have had the same cleaning team for each clean but this is now not the case and it really shows in the quality of the service we recieve. Many areas are missed on a regular basis and far less time is spent at our property than we pay for. Communication is poor and our regular clean day has been moved with 1 days notice. After asking for the time of the clean to be communicated in advance several times over the years this never happens. A disappointing service from a company I used to rate so highly.

The team are always prompt and are thoughtful when cleaning, leaving everything as they found it. It’s lovely to come home after the team have been, feels like coming home to a fresh hotel room!

Since this original review I have been contacted and another visit was arranged.
This time an excellent job was done which I am most happy with.
The comment about hourly pay though missed the point. It's important to know that you are paying £90 an hour (or £45 as there were 2 workers). This means you can make a reasonable comparison.

I am writing about the Nottingham service using name prestige cleaning services.
I came home as the cleaners were finishing. One of them held out a phone to me wanting me to complete a feedback form. I asked if I could send it later but she was adamant it had to be done then. The other one was already out the door. I felt under pressure and hadn't had an opportunity to check the work.
I gave 4 stars which felt generous. On proper inspection I think 1 star only.
I have been charged £90 an hour for substandard cleaning!
There were cobwebs still on all the windows. Blinds not cleaned, mirrors not cleaned and doors not cleaned. Not all the cupboard doors had been cleaned.
The settee was not cleaned and clearly had not been moved. Fireplace was dusted but not properly cleaned.
What does the term deep clean mean?
They refused to clean the fridge for which I had paid for. I said I wanted that money back. One of them said she would sort it but hasn't.

Good work
Carpet, walls and interior of wardrobes were clean.
The surfaces of tall cupboards and wash room cupboards missed unfortunately.

The team at Bright and Beautiful Derby have been fantastic. Our newly build Bespoke Garden Room @SmartspacesGardenRooms have been expertly cleaned and our customer have had a great customer experience. We would highly recommend Becky and the team and will definitely be using their services again.

The Bright and Beautiful team are absolutely fantastic. They are friendly, polite, super helpful, super accomodating, and they are fantastic at what they do. They clean your property to the highest standards, and always add little styling touches that make me smile with appreciation.

Bright and Beautiful Orpington - house looks brilliant after every clean. It’s lovely coming home to a sparkling house. Very reliable, easy to work with, would definitely recommend.

We used the Carlisle team and Kay organised a one off clean for us. Absolutely blown away by the standard. Our home is absolutely immaculate. Extremely happy with the overall experience. Superb company, service and cannot recommend them enough.

Carrie amd team were excellent (Portsmouth Team). They were all courteous and their cleaning skiĺls were superb. I couldn't fault anything. I would definately recommend this company.

I have a monthly clean of a busy house. Good communication when needed.

Intuitive cleaners who go the extra mile, every time. For Claire and the manchester team, I can't imagine being without them now. When Claire first visited to see how she could help (disabled single mother) she was so kind. Non judgemental and genuine about wanting to develop routine that would support us long term. The cleaning plan has been exceptional and it has changed my life for the better. Gemma, who leads the team in my home, does a above exceptional job, every single time. If anyone is in doubt about getting a cleaner, I can tell you my only regret about using b&b is not getting them sooner.

The ladies are very friendly and the house looks beautiful, as soon as I walk in the door there's a lovely clean fresh smell. I appreciate it very very much.
