Quote was accepted and paid for in full only for them to flag up a non fault claim in 2022 and then requested an additional £400.
I did not wish to proceed and was then informed I would be charged a £75 cancellation fee for a policy that had not even commenced.
Beware of extra charges after acceptance.

Jat did a superb job of finding me the best deal, saved me over £1000 by going through all my information and ensuring it was accurate, corrected some mistakes I had made and made sure I was very happy!

Absolute daylight robbery. I found this company on MoneySuperMarket where they lured me in with a lower premium than anyone else.

They were perfectly happy to take my money upfront, even after I fully disclosed a recent 40-month DG10 driving ban.

They took the cash and issued the policy with some checks required. Then the nightmare started. They phoned me, told me "do not drive," and claimed they needed to "verify" my details.

Suddenly, they decided they couldn't offer me a policy after all because of a minor speeding offence from 3 years ago. To make it worse, they cancelled the policy and are keeping £125 of my money as a "fee" for a speeding ticket from years ago. I was driving a hire car with absolutely zero issues before this. I explicitly told the agent on the phone that I needed this 7-seater insured to transport a baby. They do not care. They left a family stranded, took the money, and hid behind disgusting cancellation fees. Complete scammers. Avoid them and use a reputable broker, or go direct instead. I will be.
