Spoke to Gabby, she transferred my cover from one vehicle to another, very quick process and very professional.

Be Careful when dealing with this company. Broker Experts provided a quote of circa £1k for our van insurance through Compare the Market. When we followed up the quote and provided further requested details they increased our premium to £1,900. Due to the cost of the policy we decided to cancel after 14 just days. The cancellation fee was £589.00 We are now raising legal proceedings against Broker Experts.

Lillie was very helpful in getting my 17 yo onto the insurance sp she can learn to drive.

Ruby was very helpful and efficient, what i thought was going to be a long phone call was a simple 2 minute call during which Ruby resolved the issue quickly and also answered my questions.

Chloe really was helpful and answered and sorted out all my requests can't ask for more then that and a bonus I was not lefted on hold
