Conor helped me get my van insurance today. Received some outrageous quotes from other insurers, including the company I have my car & home insurance with. Conor managed to get my quote down by over £3,000!!

Scammed! Avoid!! You get a price off a comparison site which seems to good to be true, they then state AFTER taking payment they need to validate. If you have made any mistakes no matter how minor your quote will more than double. They will then refuse to refund you claiming administrative fees in my case £140 is apparently a fair and honest fee to charge for a quote when the policy was never even set up AVIOD AVIOD AVIOD

I found the company easy to use , very formative and great communication

If no stars was an option this company would be getting it. Paid for a policy, then paid extra for an alteration which is completely acceptable. But the call handler did not apply the changes, the company then wanted extra money to make the changes that I already requested and paid for.

I had phoned regarding my policy as I was wanting to switch to a different car and wasn't sure how it would be handled but everything went really smoothly Ruby was a great help giving me all the information I needed

i made a payment off £183 and decided the same day not to continue with policy as once paid they wanted an extra £145 i was charged £75 (Standard Fee) & 50 to cancel the policy !!!

My second year using Broker Experts to renew my van insurance. I spoke Ehab and he was very professional and helpful. The process couldn't have been simpler. I had a lot of options to consider and he was very patient and helpful. Yes, they charge a fee, that's how brokering works, but they still got me the best price compared to using comparison sites. I also had to claim for a chipped screen earlier in the year and the claim was straightforward and processed very quickly. I would recommend using them.
