What a con of a company, got the quote online and paid a large deposit. After they had taken the money we got an e mail to say they would follow up with a call and wouldn’t receive our documents until that call, never heard of this before? Got the call the next day to confirm everything was correct which it was, then got told the company that had insured us now wouldn’t but they had found another one but it would be about £360 deposit and then £250 a month!! Originally we paid £167 deposit and was then going to be £87 a month!! Nothing had changed from us completely this online to the call but then he said if we cancel the will charge us £75. The car hasn’t been insured and they haven’t sent anything but still changed us that!!
Nothing was advertised before we paid the deposit that this is how they work so stay well clear of this con of a company!!

I could kick myself for making the same mistake again by using a company like this. They suck you in with a cheap non existent insurance quote through a comparison website and then make revenue from whacking customers with various absolutely unjustifiable charges. In my case, I paid a £246 deposit payment online and then, having realised what type of company I was dealing with, I immediately requested a refund over the phone. I was charged £125 to cancel a policy that never existed! The comparison sites have got a lot to answer for by allowing these deceptive companies to use their websites.
