They canceled my policy months ago. Because I didn't send them proof of address which I did. But it turns out that they have been taking payment direct debit from may account for months now. And I have only just found out. This is theft it's hundreds of pounds how can I get them changed with theft?

Took deposit and called a day later flagged up a non fault accident said policy would be cancelled took 125 of my deposit leavening me with no deposit and no insurance scam scam scam

This company is a scam insurance company beware! After originally taking out car insurance with this despicable insurance company. I paid an initial payment
Of £107.00 for a policy £560.00 in total. One day later i was contacted by phone, after talking to one of their representatives. I was then informed that i would have to pay a further £400.00 because in their words of a technicality? . I refused and asked for my money back under my consumer rights to cancel my purchase within fourteen days . The agent began to explain it would take three days to get a full refund. Then the so called manager took over the conversation and apart from being rude to me , he refused to pay the money back .
Today my bank has informed me that Broker experts have paid me £9.70 . Which is an insult. I have just contacted the Financial conduct advisor ombudsman and i shall await their investigations into this terrible insurance company. I’ve been buying car insurance for over three decades and have never come across such a poor impersonation of a so called insurance company.

The agent Deanna, was professional and polite, she amended, and added at an additional cost information, that was not available when l completed a quote online, or had been missed by me.
Deanna check over everything to ensure l had the cover l required.

Dealt with isla as she was chasing some paperwork that I needed to send over. My error as I thought I had sent it but it was still in my draft emails🙈. Isla was professional and waited for the email to drop her end and dealt with it professionally.

Guys please stay away from these scammers company, i bought a car insurance from them, they said we will all u to confirm validation i waited for their call when they called they asked for my NI number and full license details, a none fault accident has been found they decided to cancel my insurance before even it started and charged me £125 for the cancellation!!!! Even though they have stated it’s free to cancel it within 14 days of buying it!
So please please don’t even visit this website i don’t understand why does the UK government allows it to scamm people?????

Today I renewed my vehicle insurance with Alfie, he seems a very friendly and helpful person that really made the whole thing effortless as I’m not the easiest person to understand on the phone. Brilliant service thank you

seaking to such a rude arrogant agent didnt help then after a call dropping and them tripling the price over a mistake was awfully dealt with
I had to cancel the policy due to call dropping an dnot knowing where i was fo r that they charged 75 pounds so beware they will CHARGE 75 for any mistake as well as within 8 yrs of takin g it out on line despite genuine mitigating circumstances ..Most insurance companies give you 7 day or 14 day grace these lot greedy they dont ! I was treated unfairly as well as felt conned when the quote came back 3 times to original where no other charged that amount it was not even broken down as to how ?? Beware!

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing from both a sales and customer service perspective.

I agreed a policy price and proceeded on that basis. However, around two weeks later, I was informed that my No Claims Bonus could not be used and that my premium would increase by approximately £400.

When I queried this decision, I was given an explanation that did not align with information I later received from other insurance providers, who confirmed that my No Claims Bonus should have been acceptable as it was accrued on a company policy in my name.

After refusing the increased premium, I found the cancellation process equally frustrating. The direct debit remained active, and I was advised that additional fees would be payable to cancel the policy, despite the circumstances arising from their change in position after the original agreement.

The entire experience left me feeling misled, unsupported, and significantly out of pocket. What should have been a straightforward insurance arrangement became unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming.

I will be raising my concerns with the relevant regulatory bodies and pursuing the matter further.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Broker Experts and would encourage potential customers to carefully review all terms and conditions before proceeding. There are many other brokers available who provide transparent pricing and professional customer service.

I spoke to Mason W who called me immediatly and was very efficient when dealing with my insurance quote.
