Very disappointing customer service
Very disappointing customer service
I specifically chose BSH because they offered installation and removal of my old appliances. I purchased both a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and my order confirmation clearly listed installation and old appliance collection.
When the washing machine was delivered, the driver told me that installation and collection weren’t on his paperwork but said the second delivery team would deal with it. When the tumble dryer arrived, that driver explained he was only there to deliver the new tumble dryer and remove the old one. He wasn’t there to install either appliance or remove the old washing machine.
I then received a call from BSH explaining there had been a “computer error” and that I had only been charged for one appliance removal and no installation. Their response was simply that there was nothing they could do to put it right.
A computer error is not the customer’s responsibility. I chose BSH specifically because they offered installation and old appliance collection, and my order confirmation showed these services were included. Instead, I was left to install both appliances myself and still have my old washing machine to dispose of.
Very poor customer service and an extremely disappointing experience. When a company makes a mistake, the least you expect is for them to take responsibility and find a solution—not tell the customer there’s nothing they can do. I won’t be using BSH again, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on how this was handled.
Garantie is geen garantie
Na 12 jaar trouwe dienst was onze oude vaatwasser toe aan vervanging. We kozen voor een Bosch. Een mooi apparaat, maar na twee weken opende de deur al niet meer volledig na het programma. Na drie vruchteloze telefoontjes met de BSH-servicelijn werd er een monteur gestuurd onder garantie.De monteur verving in minder dan vijf minuten twee schroeven aan de voorkant. De verrassing volgde daarna: een gepeperde rekening van € 160,80, want dit viel plotseling niét onder de garantie. Dit voelt puur als een verdienmodel van Bosch Huishoudapparaten. Goedkoop blijkt duurkoop; de volgende keer kopen wij gewoon weer een Miele.
Schlechter Service
- keine Lösung für ein einfaches Problem
- entweder Retoure und neu bestellen oder aushalten (kein Umtausch)
- einfach nur schlecht. Schade, Deutschland ist wirklich am Ende…

pathetic service. First they lost the washing machine I ordered and called me about it and next day I got the delivery person trying to deliver the machine. They couldn’t trace where the machine was coming from. Then comes the installation. They didn’t install the machine though I paid for the installation and disposal service because the previous machine was hardwired. I said I will get it fixed and took the delivery. But they didn’t mention the installation and disposal has to be done the same day. Then I called them again and they said this can’t be done. Kept the money too. Then I called about issues with the machine, they said speak to repair service, we can’t help.
Waardeloze service
Redelijke apparatuur, waardeloze service.
Bij de aanschaf van onze keuken 2 jaar geleden hebben we 5 apparaten van Siemens gekocht. Bij afname van minimaal 4 apparaten krijg je namelijk 5 jaar garantie. Prima deal leek ons.
Echter na 2 jaar is er al 3 keer een onderdeel van kunststof afgebroken in onze koel-vriescombinatie. De eerste keer al na een paar maanden en toen werd het onderdeel kosteloos vervangen. Nu de 2e en 3e keer een onderdeel is stukgegaan zeggen ze dat kunststof onderdelen niet horen bij de garantie en dat ik hetzelfde onderdeel kan kopen voor de hoofdprijs. Via het contactcenter worden berichten genegeerd en blijven onbeantwoord, nadat ik heb aangegeven dat ik het er niet mee eens ben.
Gefeliciteerd. Jullie zijn een klant verloren over een paar 10-tjes. Slechte reclame voor zo'n groot bedrijf.
Ik koop nog liever nieuwe apparatuur dan dat ik opnieuw deze waardeloze kunststof spullen koop van waardeloze kwaliteit.
Ik had veel meer verwacht van een groot bedrijf die zeggen een goede service te hebben. Voor mij geen BSH group artikelen meer en

Worst service experience in my life
Worst service experience in my life , raised a request for technician visit on 26th may , daily follow up calls , still no one visited, I used bosch refrigerator washing machine dishwasher but will never buy any more given their worst service experience , here is the service request

Negligent work performed by Gaggenau Service Technician
A Gaggenau service technician replaced the water filter in my Gaggenau refrigerator and it flooded my kitchen and basement causing severe damage to my home and disruption in my work and personal life. I filed a claim with their insurance company and they are giving me the run around and will not take responsibility for their technician’s negligence. It has been 7 weeks and they have not told me if the claim is denied or approved. I would not recommend you use them to service your product. They do not stand by the work of their technicians.
Very bad experience
Very bad experience. You should avoid this service company as much as you can. I paid the cost and you should learn from my lesson. The technician Jon did not know what he is doing, and just wanted to charge me more. I paid $800 to get a valve changed for my stove, but the problem does not go away. I contacted them again, and they want to charge me more.
Software updates making appliance inoperable
I contacted NEFF as our oven was inoperable after a remote ‘critical security update’ was applied. When I received the repair confirmation they described the problem as ‘No power’. This despite me stating there was power but the issue was created by their software update. Looks as if they want to deny responsibility. Anyone else encountered issues with software updates?
Damaged in transit twice
Got a great price via a deal at work and was getting a new kitchen .Dishwasher arrived damaged. A replacement was arranged but the driver didn’t bother to deliver as it was also damaged. Decided to keep my freestanding dishwasher that works. I tried to write a review on BSH site and it was rejected as I was only allowed to review the product, not the purchase/delivery experience.

Kundeservice svare ikke på mails tager ikke telefonen. Købte en vare, som ikke passede, prøvede mange gange at komme i kontakt med kundeservice og skrev mails. Da jeg langt om længe kom i kontakt med en medarbejder. Aftalte vi at varen skulle hentes af deres fragt firma. De kom allerede dagen efter.
Nu har jeg ringet og skrevet for at høre, hvor mine penge bliver af for den returnerede vare.
Vi lige sige det ikke var lang leveringstid på varen. Den ros skal de da have.
Det er fra d. 23 april 2026 og nu den 18 marts venter jeg stadigvæk på der sker noget.
Lynhurtig reparation og genial afhentningsservice
Jeg købte i 2024 en Siemens EQ kaffemaskine. Da vi satte den til, syntes jeg, den larmede en del, men tænkte, at det nok var standard for en espressomaskine under tryk.
Efter halvandet år besøgte vi nogle venner med en tilsvarende maskine, og den var næsten lydløs. Så var det hjem og finde kvitteringen! Jeg frygtede straks alt besværet med indpakning, aflevering i butikken og 30-? dages ventetid.
Men her blev jeg positivt overrasket. Man skal ikke retur til butikken, men kontakte BSH direkte. Jeg talte med BSH en onsdag, hvor de oprettede sagen. Torsdag blev jeg ringet op af TLS (transportfirma) for afhentning. Fredag var den fremme, mandag morgen gik de i gang, og allerede mandag middag fik jeg besked om, at den var repareret og klar til returnering. Tirsdag ringede TLS for levering, og kl. 12 havde jeg min maskine igen – og hold da op, hvor er den blevet støjsvag!
Det geniale er, at man ikke selv skal pakke maskinen ind. TLS kommer med en transportkasse, hvor maskinen bliver pakket og stroppet forsvarligt. Chaufføren var utrolig flink, og selvom det altid er træls med reklamationer, så var denne oplevelse helt enestående.
Bosch does not re-install appliances after fixing them
Note that Bosch engineers will not re-install appliances after fixing them or un-install appliances in order to investigate them (if it is "difficult" to do so). It is "not their job". It is the customer's responsibility to un-install and subsequently re-install appliances. The engineer advised that they frequently charge for call-outs and then leave without doing anything, because the customer needs to arrange for the appliance to be taken out first. Instead, book a service provider that takes out/re-installs appliances before and after fixing them...
Called Bosch to book an engineer for re-installation of a washer-dryer. However, Bosch engineers do not provide installation services. I have now had to pay a second time for another service provider to re-install the appliance. On the basis that the Bosch engineer looked at an ancillary minor issue when he was there, Bosch have refused to refund me. Bosch customer services should not be booking (and charging for) appointments for services they do not provide.
Not fit for purpose
Poor technical performance and poor service with faulty new dishwasher. Three engineer visits, two last minute cancellations, 3 months to sort it. Spare part ordered then decided to replace DW. Not sure if they even understood what the issue was. Service MO is extremely customer 'unfriendly'. Appointment time slot only issued mid evening the day before - too late to plan anything. Customer services even called at 8am on a Saturday to arrange an appointment.
Bosch Service complaint
It took over two months to repair my microwave and oven. Appointments were repeatedly scheduled with no one turning up, or cancelled and rebooked on the day.
Given the amount I paid and the level of service received, this experience has been completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing products from Bosch, as it has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Au bout de 10 jours, n’ayant aucune nouvelle je leur ai envoyé un message et là j’ai appris que la pièce n’était pas disponible et que je devais attendre six jours pour être remboursé
Ils m’ont donné aucune solution de remplacement, c’est très très bien de la part de bar comme neuf Bosch Siemens, ce service après-vente pièces détachées est lamentable !

I have to try to find a local service now. I will NEVER buy a Bosch appliance again.
I ordered new kitchen appliances for…
I ordered new kitchen appliances for our new kitchen. At the time it was not practical to check the condition of items due to building works, as the boxes were not damaged I assumed everything would be ok. When I unpacked the hob and got our fitter to install it, it was noticed the whole appliance was badly warped and would not sit flush. I contacted BSH they basically said as you didn't check within the 40 day period, hard luck, that's on you or words meaning the equivalent. It doesn't look like they take any notice of reviews otherwise their rating would surely be higher.
