Between the Sheets レビュー

I love the merchandise and amazingly friendly and helpful sales assistants. They are awesome!!!
I don't understand and dislike the "SALE" policies - they look counterproductive to me. For example, you get a" great sale" coupon and then you realize that you can only buy pillow cases or sheets on sale but not shams or covers. I can't seems to get a whole set if I want to buy everything at once on sale. Or they would have 30% discount on a pillow case set but only 10-20% discount or no discount on a matching duvet. I hate to piecemeal my purchases- to buy one item on sale today and a matching item two months later.

Marlene was amazing, such good service. There was a salesperson Tina that picked a fight with her while Marlene was working with me. So ackward. I like the product in the store but do not like the policy of returns for store credit so I will shop elsewhere.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE the store, but the Italian sheets I purchased are very much a disappointment. I was advised to use their laundry soap, and I used a special linen soap that I already had...which could be part of the problem, but the sheets tend to be scratchy after the first wash. I researched and found that if I use diluted hair conditioner in the rinse cycle, it helps the fibers to lay flat and smooth, thus not scratchy. This helps. The fitted sheet is extremely deep and doesn't work well on my platform bed.

We've been shopping on and off at Between the Sheets since it opened over 25 years ago. The quality of the merchandise is great, however, the items are WAY over priced. The store is decorated beautifully. The employees are moderately friendly and helpful. They need to be trained in better customer service. The return policy sucks. Basically there is no return policy.

Went shopping at my location for a birthday gift, they didn't have in stock what I was looking for but another location did. The store manager Teresa made the store transfer and I had it in my hands the next day. Great!

King pillow medium downy fill is too soft ... do not agree that it is "medium"
Ordered king size summer down comforter but you did not have a down cover that was the same size!

They were friendly and very helpful. What a wonderful selection of goods. I'm happy with everything.

I am a seasonal desert visitor and frequent Between the Sheets frequently over my 6 month stay. I find their merchandise to be outstanding and all of their sales help also very knowledgeable and helpful. It is one of my very very favorite stops on El Paseo.

Customer service is great. If they don’t have what you want, they will get it: have been shopping at Betwern The Sheets since they were located in Corona Del Mar and have never been disappointed.

I love Between the Sheets and have purchased from them for many many years now. They offer gorgeous rare items and beautiful linens. I recently purchased a duvet and they were supposed to have the standard shams transferred from another store and it is 2 weeks later and no call. I ordered the shams from Neiman Marcus and have them so big deal but it would of been great if they would of followed up. Other than that no problems.

Spent over $2000 for quilt & pillows. I was replacing pillows I bought several years ago that I loved. Do not like the pillows-too firm. Cannot return them. They are not the same pillow as before. Should have been disclosed.

I have been a customer of BTS for many years. Their customer service and product has always been the very best.

Intriguing and glamorous selections, many conversation pieces.

Between the sheets was fantastic! I needed quick delivery of an odd number of items. I received a call to make sure my order was correct and I didn't have a typo. So appreciated their attention to detail!
Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic selection of merchandise and knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have nice sales too. I have told plenty of people to shop there. Just a great experience.

Very helpful. Thank you
