Unfortunately, there was some confusion as the order was placed under the Trade option, which is intended for trade customers, and the value of the order did not meet the criteria. Once identified, we issued a full refund.

We apologise for not responding immediately when the order came through — our aim is always to do this at the point of order to avoid any inconvenience.

Hello Brad,

We’re sorry to hear you felt disappointed with your experience. We always aim to be transparent with our pricing and delivery timelines.

In this case, the original supplier was unable to deliver your order until December, which we understood didn’t meet your timeframe. To get the bricks to you within two weeks, we sourced them from an alternative supplier, but this came with an additional delivery cost. We did explain this at the time and confirmed the additional charge before proceeding.

We completely understand your frustration regarding the situation and the price difference, but unfortunately, these costs were outside of our control. We tried to offer the quickest possible solution based on your needs.

We appreciate your feedback — it helps us improve communication around supplier pricing and availability in future.

According to our delivery records, your trims were delivered on Friday at 11:30am, the day before this review was posted. We’re happy to provide a proof of delivery (POD) if you’d like to see it.

Hello Brian,

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, the item you purchased was not in stock with any of our suppliers and also has a minimum order quantity. As soon as we became aware of this, we informed you and offered a similar alternative that was available, or a full refund. Once the refund was requested, it was processed, though it can understandably take a few days for the payment to clear.

Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused. We appreciate your understanding and hope to assist you again in the future with a suitable product.
