Shocking company to deal With.
Shocking company to deal With.
Website said available delivery within 2-3 working days, 5 working days later, item still not turned up.
Rang in, to be told that they apparently had been struggling to able to source the item, but hadn't thought to let anyone know. I Then contacted someone who they happen to purchase from and they told me they had received no enquiries for the item. So clearly nothing had been done about the order and had just been left. Terrible service in general and even worse from Tom!

I completely understand your frustration especially after being promised a 2–3 working day delivery, only to be left without clear updates. This isn’t the level of service we aim to provide, and I sincerely apologise for the lack of communication and the delay.
It’s clear from your feedback that we fell short, not only in fulfilling your order on time but also in keeping you properly informed throughout the process. This has now been raised with our team internally so we can review how this situation was handled, especially regarding the conflicting information you were given. I also want to apologise personally for any interaction with Tom that left you feeling unheard that’s not the experience we want any of our customers to have.
We are taking this seriously and will follow up with the relevant teams to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Shocking service
Shocking service, lost the order on delivery day, agreed to have delivery sent out first thing next day, no phone calls , only to find out delivery was scheduled last drop of second day. Young lady called Paris is out of her depth. No urgency whatsoever. I was told by Paris she has no control over delivery..... Then what is your purpose. Stay away from these guys they will ruin small businesses. Never again

I've taken a look into this and apologies for the mixup. We've just transitioned over to a new website and have had some early teething issues.
That being said communication from us was not good enough on this occasion and we will look to improve this in the future.

Not the best service.
Place my order on the 2nd April....Ticked the box for delivery on the 4th April .I was hoping to do the work that weekend. I waited for an email and heard nothing, so rang at 4.30pm and the said they would ring back in 20mins.....so I rang again at 4.54 pm to be told that the delivery would be next Tuesday. (not a happy camper) Change of plans. Tuesday morning expected a text or email nothing. I rang Tuesday morning at 8.50am same old story. the gentleman told me he would ring TRAVIS PERKINGS but unable to get hold of anybody I then cancelled my order. I was paying £45 for this shipping and handling service Why is it that you as the customer spend most of your life ringing and chasing your order.

They claimed 1-3 working days delivery
They claimed 1-3 working days delivery. On day 5 they decided to cancel the order because they weren't willing to pay for delivering the materials. They asked for an additional £350. They are con artists, steer well clear.

We're sorry to hear your delivery hasn't gone smoothly, I know when you ordered the item you were advised it was a longer than usual lead time and we've been let down by one of our supply partners on this one, however you are our customer so we take full responsibility and want to help as much as possible.

Slow, had to chase
Timber arrived eventually. Order arrived in parts and I had to phone up 3 or 4 times to chase the remaining parts of the order. Sales assistant was quite blasé and made promises each time that didn’t happen
