Really good and helpfull

Lucy has been dealing with a number of issues related to our let with great service & professionalism. She is responsive, shows a can do attitude & is very reassuring to deal with both for us & the tenant. This is especially important as we are not in close proximity to the property.

I have let my flat with one agent only. Why? Because I have never had cause to complain. Everything is communicated to me at the earliest opportunity by the Property Management Team. If I can’t get through to PM another member of Butler and Stag always picks up the phone and ensures it it fielded to the correct person. My rental income is good and I have always had a stream of tenants wanting to rent it. My monthly statements are always sent through as soon as rent is paid. Why go anywhere else?

A big ‘thank you’ to Natalie and the Lettings team at B&S Theydon, as a current tenant I have had superb ongoing service - each time maintenance issues / queries have been resolved swiftly, all staff members are approachable and extremely helpful. I would also like to commend the guys at Hackney Heating who are brilliant - nothing is too much trouble.

Freddie did a great job of showing us around the property and answering any questions competently! He provided prompt responses over email which was especially valued given our time pressure to find a place. He was incredibly accommodating of our position, and his client service was excellent! A pleasure to work with. I would actively look to work with Freddie Knight and Butler and Stag in the future!

Lovely team (we were assisted by Simon and Sophie - both great) who were helpful and prompt in responding to us. Made the leasing process nice and easy!

David Abos was very helpful throughout the process and worked hard to resolve any issues. He put in a lot of effort to follow up with the slow solicitors and kept things moving. His communication was excellent, and he was always available whenever we needed him. We are very grateful because, without his help, the purchase might not have happened. He was kind, easy to work with, and made a stressful situation much easier. You will be in very good hands with David.

Would highly recommend Butler & Stag in Theydon Bois. Helen and Helga were most helpful with regard to progressing the sale, when solicitors are not communicating the staff here were always contactable and eager to help and move things forward.

Horrible experience - agent was slow to respond to all queries and at the end of the tenancy tried to scam us to pay for cleaning even though we had already purchased a professional clean outside.

Flat was decent but would avoid the company at all costs going forward. Worked with Lucy and Natalie from the Bow office who seemed to intentionally delay the entire deposit refund process.

I called the company on two occasions and explained that I was interested in viewing the one bed Bungalow (Madells) which is currently on the sales market and left all of my details yet no one has had the courtesy of returning my call. Very disappointing service.

Paul and his team have been fantastic! I am renting my flat out and am quite stressed with the process - they have calmed me down and been so very helpful explaining everything to me from documents needed, viewing confirmations etc and have recommended great workmen to do some jobs needed to get the flat ready to rent out. I have just had phone call to say that an offer has come through - this is 2 days after the flat went on the market. I am a VERY satisfied customer!

We had a great experience with Butler and Stag when selling our flat in East London. We had many years of worrying our flat would not sell due to having cladding however this was not a problem, as Bradley was really knowledgable on dealing with this and meant our buyer was put at ease. Super efficient and always on the end of the phone for any queries. Would 100% recommend.
