Ordered 12 small metal milk churns. 9 were the right size, 3 were not and delivery took AGES. I'll go back to Nisbets next time.

Found exactly what I was looking for, asked for extra details and these were supplied immediately, delivery was on time, couldn’t ask for anything better.

Great choice , good prices and fast delivery

Very satisfied, was looking for a specific floor polisher for my home, found it here, wasn't fussed about price just wanted a specific polish. No problem whatsoever from order to delivery, and the polish is a great product, would highly recommend.

Informed of delivery at chosen location for about 5pm 20th. Husband made special journey and waited 2 hours but no show and couldn't get hold of anyone. Another notification 23rd so gone again to wait.

Really pleased with my recent order. The exact product was half the price of a competitor and delivery was prompt. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Great pricing and fast customer service. I had to email as I was expecting my order to arrive sooner than it did. They explained they were waiting for one item to come back in stock but would send what they had immediately and then the rest when it arrived. This was much appreciated but maybe if they told me this earlier than even better as I did need one of the items asap.

They ended up all arriving on the same day anyway but very fast delivery and good customer service.

No contact from the company. No reply to emails. I was about to raise a chargeback with my bank and then it finally showed up.
