I contacted Roca customer services to report a problem regarding a toilet seat. My enquiry was dealt with by Megan who was helpful and courteous with regard to this issue. I was assured that a replacement item would arrive within 1 - 3 days via Fed Ex which it did.
Despite the fault, which was disappointing, I am very happy with the service that was provided by customer services and with the speed by which the replacement was provided .

Followed by Kevin, the surveyor, who took time to ensure everything was correct prior to production. Gary, the fitter, carried out excellent installation work and was professional at all times.
