Overall good experience
Salesperson was professional, friendly and straightforward. They provided the information about the appliances we needed, put together a fair price and arranged delivery. Purchasing our washer and dryer was a pleasant experience.
Delivery people were also professional and friendly. They arrived on time and provided updates about their arrival. They installed the new appliances and removed the old ones efficiently.

Sean McLean (Service rep) and CAS did an excellent job in helping us to replace our 12 year old frig as quickly and conveniently as possible. Sean was able to find the new frig that would fit in the kitchen space design that we have. The price was lower than other competitors and service was impeccable. After having a dead fridge
After having a dead fridge, that Whirlpool forgot about (four year extended warrantee, so what eh?), For now three weeks, CAS DELIVERED A NEW FRIDGE IN TWO DAYS! A lovely new fridge, delivered with care, now replaces the four coolers!

The delivery service was efficient, on time and professional. They unboxed the appliances, took care in getting them inside the house and cleaned up all garbage thereafter.

Aydan was wonderful to deal with and very patient. I gave him the dimensions of the area the fridge had to fit in and what features I wanted, and Aydan found me the perfect fridge with ample amount of storage space.

I'm very happy to purchase from this company again. Their websites are well organised so it was easy to research my purchase ahead of time. I was able to walk in, negotiate the deal and leave in a very short time. Delivery was within 48 hours by a very competent and efficient team who also took my old fridge.

Great experience especially dealing with with Sean Mclean
Fast and efficient, from the time to meeting with Shawn to delivery. Everything went extremely well. I purchased an LG dishwasher. One minor drawback is that the bottom drawer seems to get stuck when we try to roll it in. I will be addressing this otherwise perform beautifully.
