Our salesman
Our salesman, Sloane, was professional, well informed and very helpful in helping us find the appropriate Frigidaire appliance.
The immediate availability of the fridge was most helpful in our purchase.
The delivery went well especially as the doors of our old fridge needed to be removed to exit our condo!!

Appliance was not installed properly by "professionals"
I bought a Samsung heat pump dryer. I had to wait 2 weeks for it to arrive. It was installed "professionally" by the deliverers that CAS supplied. Then, after 1 load, it started malfunctioning, indicating that the water tank was full when it’s completely empty. I’ve had 2 visits by a technician, they replaced two parts and it still did not function. After 1 month and the 3rd visit by a repair technician, it turned out that the drainage pipes were not installed correctly by the "professionals". I hope that my dryer will work properly now but this has not been a good experience.

LG WM3600 Font Loader Washer
The model I was looking for was available at the store so I could verify its look and its dimensions. The salesman answered the questions I had and the price was very good.
The delivery was scheduled for a couple of days later and the delivery men were punctual. The delivery and installation were included in the price of the appliance and it was done very efficiently. About 15 minutes after the men left the machine had done its cleaning cycle and I was ready for my first load of clothes.
I am satisfied with my purchase and I would recommend CAS.
