Excellent availability, great sales rep and top notch
delivery and installation people. On the pedestal component very disappointed that Whirlpool have eliminated the sliding shelf that supported the laundry basket for loading and unloading. This was included in the previous models that we purchased.

We are happy with our recent purchase but think revising the delivery system would be helpful to purchasers
We are happy with our recent purchase of a Tru Arctic beverage fridge. The delivery system is a concern since you can request a 3 hour window for delivery but they do not honor it and come when they wish to but let you know only the night before. Living rurally there are not neighbors able to take delivery. When it was delivered, they did a great job and took the old fridge and packaging as well as placing it in our desired location.

Excellent
I needed a new fridge fast and this was the only place in town that could deliver within 1–2 days. Their prices were very reasonable, and the service was excellent. Aydan was especially helpful in finding the best option that fit both my needs and my budget. The whole process was stress free. I’ll definitely be returning here for all of my future appliance needs!

Overall good experience
Salesperson was professional, friendly and straightforward. They provided the information about the appliances we needed, put together a fair price and arranged delivery. Purchasing our washer and dryer was a pleasant experience.
Delivery people were also professional and friendly. They arrived on time and provided updates about their arrival. They installed the new appliances and removed the old ones efficiently.

After having a dead fridge
After having a dead fridge, that Whirlpool forgot about (four year extended warrantee, so what eh?), For now three weeks, CAS DELIVERED A NEW FRIDGE IN TWO DAYS! A lovely new fridge, delivered with care, now replaces the four coolers!
