Great Service
Second purchase with CAS and it’s been fantastic! Always fast delivery, and easy set up. They take your old and set up your new without any additional charges. Never an issue with the product, and the price is comparable to other stores but they give the white glove service for no extra cost!

Service and package deal of appliances…
Service and package deal of appliances was good. My only issue as Sean was off for 2 days and I was told to email to let him know I would take the deal, I did not know when he would respond. So I called CAS and spoke to another person to send me the link to accept the deal and put a deposit down to secure pricing. Might have bern better to have had me call versus wondering if my email got through. Other than that all went well. Thanks.

The matching purchase and delivery.
We were kindly met at the store by Sean. He showed us the matching dryer to our washer. We did the paper work and off we went. When it arrived it was on time delivery. The delivery gentlemen were polite. They did an excellent job. I will definitely use your company again.

Would recommend
Aydan Stinson was great. He spent a lot of time with my husband and I in getting to know appliances and brands.
There was a hiccup with the installation so we went back to the store and in Aydan's absence, Shawn was very helpful.
My only feed back that is negative was the customer support we got when we called into to sort out the installation issue. I was not provided with any help at all. That is why we went back to the store.

Helpful salesperson and prompt delivery
I recently purchased a fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher for my new kitchen. Sean was really helpful in helping me choose the appliances and stay under my budget. They were delivered on time and in the time period I requested. Soon after when I needed a new washer quickly, Sean responded quickly to my email and gave me some options. I was able to purchase the new machine and have it scheduled for delivery soon. Thanks!!

Ordering experience was very easy over the phone with Luis Fong. I knew exactly the make a model of the Jennair stove I wanted and Luis was able to look at stock quickly and informed me they had one.
Ordering experience was very easy over the phone with Luis Miguel Herrera Fong. Delivery of my stove was right on the time given and the delivery guys were great. Will definitely order from CAS again. Hopefully a new fridge soon!

Excellent shopping experience.
I was really happy with the price I paid for my new refrigerator. The sales rep was very helpfull and helped me get the refrigerator delivered quickly. It was in stock and delivered in less than 24 hours from my purchase. The delivery was pain free with my old refrigerator and all of the packaging taken away in a very timely manner. An excellent experience.

Did not provide installation
When I ordered my washer, I was promised installation and levelling of the washer. When the washer was delivered, the delivery people said that installation was not noted on the delivery order and refused to install and level the washer and pressured me into signing the delivery form as they had other deliveries. Two days after delivery, I contacted CAS about sending someone out to level the washer. I was given the runaround by my sales rep for months on end. I finally spoke to a customer service rep who told me too much the had elapsed since the delivery and they couldn't help me out. Avoid this company as they don't deliver on their promises.
Edit: In response to what CAS is saying, the salesperson that sold me the washer told me that installation was included. The issue is that it was not noted by the salesperson or someone else at CAS. That’s not on me, that’s on CAS.
