Absolutely love their clothing, stunning designs and true to size.

If it isn't obvious already I am Obsessed with caramella and everything they bring to the world, after any order is delivered the day just becomes that little bit brighter! Quality is 11/11 unmatched and stunning though every detail and design. On this one occasion the orphilia was out of stock and I knew I couldn't let her slip from my fingers so I had to pre order however I was unsure of the release date so decided to email through to customer service and to say they were polite professional and speedy to respond is an understatement, nothing is ever too much! Caramella is an outstanding company with top quality products and customer service which you just can't resit... All round win win, thank you for being amazing and I will be back very soon to fill my wardrobes with more wonderful items from yourselves, until then take care and thank you again, Nikki x

I love Carmella bought a few bits from the sister company carmen clothing too and it never disappoints!! The quality of the clothes is stunning and the pieces are so beautiful. The girls on the tiktok lives are all so lovely and always helpful. I recently bought the Isabelle set and its my favourite item of clothing, had to buy in the blue too🤭100% recommend and will continue to purchase from this fab company!!

Customer service is awful - I ordered a set for a holiday, when it arrived it was faulty and missing button from the sleeve, unfortunately unlike most companies they do not provide a replacement button (if they did I would have happily repaired it myself) I immediately emailed them to let them know of the fault and asked to return the item for a refund, it took several emails going back and forth to get them to send me a returns label as they were repeatedly trying to convince me to have an exchange and I had to refer them to their own returns policy regarding the returns label, eventually one was sent and they refunded the amount for the item but they did not refund the original delivery costs, this is legally required according to the consumer contracts regulations, I emailed back twice asking for them to refund this, the first response they refused and since then I have not heard back, I will now be claiming this amount back from my bank and reporting this company to trading standards.

Ordered 2 of the same dress in different sizes as this was the first time I had ordered from caramella, which turned out not to be an issue as the dress was true to size! Super fast delivery and returns process was so easy for the bigger size. Overall, brilliant products and customer service, would definitely order again with no hesitation!

I had seen a pair of trousers on Instagram however due to me being pregnant I messaged to check if these were stretchy, I was given a TikTok live to join who shown me alternatives that would fit me and my growing bump, the girls on the live were so kind and shown me a different pair that I loved and kindly gave me a generous discount on them. I cannot wait to try these and appreciate it so much! Thank you!!

Friendly customer service. I ordered a really lovely coord, great quality fabric and packaging. I returned the item as it wasn't for me but the turnaround in sorting out a refund for me today was very quick and professional. I will be ordering again some time in the future.

I made my first order from Caramella recently and I bought the chocolate brown lace dress from the recent love notes collection and the dress fits perfectly and the dress is lovely quality, I will definitely be ordering from here again !

I recently placed my first order with Caramella.
Somehow there was a small mix up with delivery and i only received part of my order but Caramella customer service were amazing and rectified this with prompt response.
I cannot praise this company enough, the quality of their clothing is beautiful, i am so impressed with my order and will be ordering again.

Love! the Everly knitted lounge set from Caramella ~ It's amazing quality, so soft and comfy & fits really well! I'm a size 10 & i ordered a medium. The delivery was really quick, I definitely will be ordering with them again.
