They were/are so helpful. And friendly. We are very happy with our new home!

A token apology is just not good enough. The person who sold our property at a price not agreed by us & this price was never communicated to us. JoJo made a promise that we would make more than the asking price, because we always add an additional amount to cover negotiations. So please explain to me how them did your say that our property sold for full asking price & JoJo said we will receive more than agreed. JoJo had no idea what the fees were, what commission is chargeable. JoJo didn’t even know the park rates! From start to finish you clearly failed on every level. I would have expected you to at least refund some are part of your fee, because you did absolutely nothing, other than letting me down. Again buyer & seller beware, this is a cartel & you will be tired into something that only thinks of themselves and never the customer.

I had a great experience with Caravans In The Sun. The sales team were very friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this company.

I had been looking for a holiday home for a couple of months .April 23 I put a deposit on a style of caravan home within my price bracket on Humilladero Spain, Jojo Love made my viewing visit brilliant I had my 2 granddaughters with me who absolutely loved Jojo .June 23 I was handed my keys ,what a lovely set of people living there already made me very welcome .January 24 I started the process to apply for my N L V .Today I wait the spainish Consulate decision.

We bought our caravan in May 2023 everything seemed to be ok, we've been out to the park six times since purchase and we decided we wanted to move our static five plots down the road, in our wisdom we asked cits for a price because when we purchased the van we were told if there was anything we needed just ask. After a few weeks cits came back to us with a an outrageous price that blew mine and my partners socks off it took us a few minutes to digest this phenomial price, which was £5000. We have had numerous emails trying to justify this price, which we have rebuffed, now cits have totally alienated us and will not help us in any way.
Way to go caravans in the sun wouldn't recommend you to our worse enemy, you keep raking the money in and letting your customers down.

I've spoken to James from caravans in the sun at length this afternoon and I'm now awaiting an email to hopefully sort out this situation as things stand at the moment my views haven't changed and would not recommend friends or family to use this company

I spent 2 days in Fuengirola last week looking at potential caravan homes in the sun with the extraordinary JoJo. What a wonderful experience!! JoJo is honest, knowledgeable and without any pressure was completely committed to helping me find the home that’s right for me. I didn’t buy my dream this time but I’m going back in May to continue my search for a new life in the sun and look at other parks and if I buy my dream from anyone it’s definitely going to be JoJo…

This week the next chapter in our life journey began in Humilladero Spain, when Jojo handed over the keys to our new home. Her professionalism, effervescent personality and that playful but cheeky smile made the whole process both informative and so welcoming to a new life in Spain. This gal has all the answers before you have even thought of the question which is so reassuring when making such a big move to a new country. We had a couple of small issues which were addressed immediately, nothing but nothing is too much trouble to Jojo. Her whole approach whilst professional is greatly appreciated she is definitely a golden asset to Caravans in the Sun. We arrived as clients and left as lifelong friends. Thanks Jojo you’re a star. CARAVANS DON’T FIT IN THE SUN
Let’s start with the positives: We did not receive a hard sell approach, and we were comfortable with our choice. We were aware that we potentially paid extra in regard to margins and mark-up, but we knew this, eyes wide open, we wanted an easy life and for someone else to make the arrangements. Contact details were provided for the site we had chosen, as we wanted to arrange a video call for a virtual tour and then later after making our selection, we would visit the site later that summer. Mid-September came and whilst holidaying in France we drove to the site, met the owner, viewed and all was great. One thing that came from our visit was that the owner commented that she had not received details of the unit we were purchasing and foolishly we weren’t too concerned by this information, how wrong could it go?!
So, 5 months into a 9-month lead time and getting excited by the arrival of our new home we pondered that we hadn’t heard anything from Caravans In The Sun, we were not too concerned by this, there was still some time to go. To our surprise, on the very day we call, our Salesman claims he was going to contact us. The reason was to tell us that he had found that our chosen unit, which I might add was the smallest option from the chosen range, would not fit the access to the plot. The most shocking bit of all was being told that it was not their fault but poor communication from the site owners and even more shockingly the poor communication was then put down to the site owners going through personal difficulties!
The simple real fact is that Caravans In The Sun should know the very basics, they should understand the dimensions of the units they are offering and critically know the dimensions of the access to the sites being offered, this is fundamentally their responsibility to ensure they check before finalising a sale and not throw innocent people under the bus, particularly when they have been more communicative and helpful. This issue only came to light when a handyman from the UK went to our site to assist in the installation of another home and noticed that ours would not fit, had it not been for him I expect we would have arrived on install day to find a finished home that wouldn’t fit. I think, put simply, Caravans In The Sun cannot work out the difference between metric and imperial measurements.
We were offered to select another home or receive a refund; we chose the latter. With the usual lack of communication, and I am sorry there are other customers, but as damage limitation I would expect to be first in the queue on this occasion we found the only resolve was to turn up at the showground unannounced to sort this ongoing saga. Our Salesperson was there and with customers, well timed I thought! He didn’t excuse himself from his customers for a single second of my time and got a new assistant to do the dirty work, unfortunately I cannot remember her name as she was great and did all the things we would have expected, even saying “I will see if I can cover for 5 minutes so he can come over and see you”, he did not. Only my presence I feel sealed that our deposit would be returned and with an extra £300 to cover interest, wasted flights etc. and it would be returned in 28 days.
We now had absolutely no confidence with this company anymore and after not receiving any confirmation that bank details had been received for the return of our deposit, a week later we called to ensure all was ok and told it was, but sheepishly, as if something had been forgotten. A week after this and still not confident we called to be told that the accountant hadn’t started the refund process until a week after we had agreed the return so therefore it would be overdue, it was at this point we threatened legal action and did eventually receive our deposit back in the allotted 28 days.
Never in my entire life have I ever come up against such ineptness and basic common sense with a sprinkle of the worst customer service added in.

My husband and I have recently purchased our lovely new Bespoke Africa in Humilladero, Spain. To say we are happy with the process from start to finish is an understatement. From the initial enquiry to the viewing and handover was excellent. James in the head office explained everything in great detail so we knew what we were signing up to. All quotes were accurate and honest. Jojo Love was our main contact on site and from the first site viewing to her handover of our home was so professional and personal. Jojo explained in great detail everything we needed to know about the location, the site, surrounding area, travel and transport. She was on hand to assist us in every way possible. Nothing was to much for her to answer all the questions we had.
The handover day came and Jojo conducted the process with pride and professionalism. It doesn’t end there as she is always on hand after the sale and handover to help and guide clients with their needs and concerns.

Would I recommend Caravans in the Sun to find and your new holiday home? The answer is a resounding YES!!! 5 🌟

So far we have visited the UK showground in Dec and had a visit to Spain in Jan.
At the showground we were given plenty of time to look around and ask questions, Vincenca looked after us well, she introduced us to Jojo and made the initial link up for us to have a video call.
The video call with Jojo went well and we arranged a visit to Spain to view a holiday home. Jojo really looked after us well and gave us as much time as we needed to make a decision on what if anything we were going to buy. There was no pressure to buy and she allowed us the time we wanted for a second viewing on the home we were interested in.
We made a purchase and plan to pick up the keys & complete all the paperwork from Jojo on the 17th. Jojo helped us check that everything was in working order as it was a secondhand van. She has also kept in contact regularly since our visit and kept us up to date with progress.
Very much looking forward to our visit on the 17th.

We came over during the week to view caravan sites with JoJo. She was so accommodating, spending probably far more time than she should have done with us, full of information and understood our needs and was open and honest as to what she thought would best suit. Thanks JoJo. We will be making a decision soon

We have purchased our dream holiday home in Spain and all staff have done above and beyond i cannot recommend them enough.

Just back from Tuscany where my family and I have just bought a mobile home. I cannot recommend Caravans in the Sun enough. From the first enquiry I found the team friendly, courteous and willing to help with any query. I have to especially mention James who dealt with my many emails with great patience and William in Tuscany who went above and beyond, picking us up and dropping us back to the airport. At no time in the process did I feel pressured to buy. We are so looking forward to returning to our home in Tuscany.

Had a really enjoyable and informative day with the lovely JoJo. Her extensive knowledge and infectious personality made our visits to Fuengirola, Humilledero and Valle Niza very enjoyable. Lots to think about now regarding the next steps to making the dream a reality.

I have had such a fantastic experience, JoJo went above and beyond to make my trip to Humilladero smooth and very comfortable. :) JoJo even picked me up from the airport and had everything in place for me. JoJo is very experienced and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to purchase in Spain.

I am blown away by the amazing JoJo from Caravans in the Sun for the help and the huge welcome she gave me on my first day in my fab new home on the lovely Valle Niza site. All went so smoothly with JoJo quickly answering my questions and providing reassurance. I am really excited for my new life.
JoJo also a woman of many talents. Not only can she sell ice cubes to Eskimos but also hold a tune. She can really saaang!!!
