Product received three days earlier than expected. It fits the car and I am satisfied.

The company responded quickly, and I received the car cover within a week. However, the cover didn't fit like the one that was replaced. But it works.

Shocking company and wish had never bothered. Offered discounted cover, never arrived on the day and couldn't actually tell me when it was. Gave excuses but never contacted me to advise and now a week later than I asked. They just want to take your money and asked for one extra day so could accept delivery and avoid ridiculous charges but this company could not understand. If failed to despatch then should have put on a 24 hour delivery at their cost, but no on a delivery at some point but no idea when. And are not cheap. The update from this company is cannot tell me where my cover is but not delivered yet have over £200.00 of my money. Their customer service is pathetic and 've started legal action as wasted enough of my time but never deal with the issue. Do not use this company!

Easy purchase and compatibility is good due to being able to select make and model of vehicle. Still require to use the product but expect a great item.

Ordered a premium edition car cover along with a premium edition bike cover. Had to wait over 20+ days for the order to arrive via Royal Mail. Contact the company to return or swap the car cover but recieved no response and ignored. Chased over email multiple times and still being ignored.

I did not need to open the box. The £150 cover (shipped) for a motorbike was incredibly lightweight. It was supposed to have seven layers and be fleece lined. I expected something heavy duty, high density, and therefore high weight - particularly as it cost £25 (non refundable) to ship within mainland UK. I saw the polarised feedback on Trust pilot and I realised that not opening the box was the least worst option. The 'experience' cost me £35, as it was shipped back at my expense. ASA Brands Inc (who?) UK / carcovers'factory' offered me seventy pounds to keep it. What does this say about the actual worth / value of the product? I opened a PayPal case and the partial £125 refund was issued. I was asked to remove the invoice from the box. I will allow the reader to judge the supplier of this 94 inch bike cover from my costly experience.
