Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. First time buying with this company and Paul & Nick made it so pleasurable

The service was outstanding - helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. What made it particularly outstanding was the treatment I received from Vertu in Bradford who lied to me, cancelled appointments and said it was my fault, and wanted the car for 3 days to do the work that cars2 did in a day, all of which wasted 4 months! Refreshing change!

Ace Customer Service and Experience from start to finish. Pete, George and Nick were all fantastic, very knowledgeable about the car I purchased and I would highly recommend anyone to purchase from Cars2 Renault Dacia in Huddersfield.

​🚨 AVOID AT ALL COSTS – ABSOLUTE DISGRACE 🚨
​I strongly advise anyone considering Cars2 Bradford to stay as far away as possible. My experience with them has been a complete nightmare.
​Incompetence: They held my car for a month and a half, claiming they were fixing the issue. After waiting all that time, I got the car back in the exact same condition it was in before I dropped it off. They are clearly incapable of performing basic repairs.
​Dishonesty: They explicitly told me they had replaced the faulty parts, which turned out to be a blatant lie. Nothing was fixed, and no actual work seems to have been done.
​Customer Service: Zero communication and zero accountability. To keep a customer's vehicle for 6 weeks and return it broken is beyond unprofessional—it’s a scam.
​Do yourself a favor and find a dealership that actually knows how to fix cars and values honesty. I will never use their services again.

5 star service from Cars2 Huddersfield. I had decided on Cars2 after doing very thorough research on the pricing of the car I was interested in. The car I finally purchased was the most competitively priced and the highest comparative spec of all the similar models offered by the various dealerships. So a great deal for me from Cars2.
Adeel in particular was super helpful by picking me up from the local station and very professional in conducting the final sale. Explaining all the steps as he went through them. Could not be happier with the overall experience. I highly recommend Cars2. Ask for Adeel for top class service. Thank you

Great experience

Good experience, Adeel was great not a pushy salesman which is appreciated.
Too many checks with mananger though so maybe staff could be given a bit more responsibility.
Also it would be better to change the batteries in the keys rather than have 2 keys that both need batteries which we now have to go and get. And explain there is no spare tyre so that could be sorted prior collection. Remember it’s the little things that can make a big difference.
