Avoid cars 2 Omoda Bradford where ever possible, by far the worst car buying purchase in my life, wrong information given and constant bull s… later I’m still waiting to get money owed to myself, a personal visit tomorrow to see them is not my best idea yet as I can see it going badly for everyone but you have to stand up for what you believe in

No issues with the two staff, Jamal and Harrison. Professional and courteous. First impressions are good so will see how the after sales are but for now a great review.

Had to take my car into the Bradford store for a safety recall, the staff were extremely friendly & welcoming. A courtesy car was provided, not the cleanest state but it was just for a short time. The major issue I had (the reason for 3 stars) was the fact that the courtesy car was NOT TAXED. I realised this after I had driven to my work (approx 5 miles) and decided to check the vehicle online.
I would suggest anyone taking a courtesy car to check the details before heading off with it.

Absolutely disgusted with service I have received today at Cars2 LTD Nissan in Huddersfield, I made the trip to visit their showroom on sunday to express an interest in selling my car to them, after an appraisal of my car and a discussion with the management team a price was offered that I went away and deliberated on it for a couple of days, after some thought I decided to return to the dealership today (Tuesday) to take them up on their offer only to be met that unfortunately your car is worth £500 less two days later! After a heated exchange from myself the business manager (another kid) came out and said he'd spoken his boss and he said i had way over allowed for your car now offers me a price £2250 less! The place is run by kids immature and extremely unprofessional, out of their depth! Avoid Avoid Avoid! I expected better from main dealer!!

The car that was bought from them has been a nightmare. The post sale customer service is horrendous to a point where they just lie to you. DO NOT buy a car from these people.

I initially contacted Cars 2 following and advertisement on Car Guru's. Completed the contact form and awaited their reply. The car was advertised as being in Wakefield. However, the reply came from a respondent in Huddersfield. It took several texts for me to the clarify the whereabouts of the car. The contact form, as per purpose was for a test drive. I was contacted by the Wakefield Branch saying the vehicle was ready. I proposed a time and date, but the respondent indicated these details included their leave time, and asked would I consider the next day. Being co-operative, I arranged the same time on the day they would be in.
On the day I arrived on time, I was told to take a seat and help myself to a coffee and the appointed person would be with me shortly. 20 mins later I went looking to ascertain progress. I was greeted by an alternate colleague who introduced themselves, and started conversing with me. Through the course of our exchange it became clear the colleague had initiated a credit application, I re-iterated that I was was at the appointment for a test drive only. Nevertheless they went on to ask further questions regarding the value of my car, if I had received an offer. 30 mins later having not had the courtesy of an apology from or on behalf the designated employee, and a full on interrogation about my financial status, I terminated the appointment. On my homeward return I contacted the branch in the hope of speaking to a competent manager who could explain, if not, apologise for the events that took place. Instead, I received a facetious acknowledgement of my visit, a half hearted apology about the fact I was interrogated regarding finance. Again, terminated the phone call, as could only perceive the reason for the phone call was to defend poor and incompetent behaviour, rather than hear my side of the course of events, and turn the opportunity into a more positive outcome for both company and buyer.

Your colleague went on to ask what offers I had received on the car and if I had brought the car in with me to enable appraisal. Was that to establish rapport also? At least gather all of the facts before you attempt a competent reply.

Another Nissan purchased from Cars 2 Wakefield. This time I took in a friend to find a car. Lian and his team were fabulous. They helped sort out previous finance and did her a fabulous deal. At the same time they serviced my X Trail and we had free coffee! Can highly recommend this dealership and have nothing but praise for the whole team. Thank you
